We had an excellent stay at Pyramid Yard Hotel! The location is amazing, right in front of the pyramids – waking up to such a view is truly unforgettable🤩.

We were two travelers and we were especially touched by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff❤️‍🔥.The activities offered were very well organized and reasonably priced, which allowed us to make the most of our trip.

A special thank you to Omar, the receptionist, who was helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating. Thanks to him and the whole team, we felt genuinely welcomed🙏.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to discover Egypt in a warm and authentic atmosphere🌞.

Fiquei hospedada no meu último dia na cidade e foi maravilhoso. Desde a chegada. Quarto bem organizado, restaurante com otimas opções de refeições para almoço/jantar e o cafe da manhã estava bem completo. A piscina tem vista para as pirâmides, o que deixa mais lindo. O único ponto negativo, mas que nao interferiu em nada, foi o ralo do banheiro entupir enquanto toma banho.
Mas de resto foi tudo ótimo. Ah a localização fica num ponto ótimo, pois está próximo das pirâmides, porém nao está na mesma rua de entrada, entao fica bem mais tranquilo circular.

Terrible, terrible terrible experience worst I’ve ever had, and I have travelled so many countries around the world, and this was by far the worst. The owner and the staff will go out of their way to threaten and intimidate you to make you give them a good review. Do not be fooled. Do not book any excursions with them as they will get you trapped in and you will have to literally claw your way out of life to get out of the villages worst experience, worst accommodations. Worst trip we have ever had, which is sad because I really wanted to love this country and they made it their motive to make sure that I will never ever ever come back to Egypt again Cannot wait to get home! I will say that the young fellow who makes the coffee and the juice is probably the best but outside of that you will likely end up with food poisoning and will not enjoy your stay so if you do go here only stay one to two nights for the view And outside of that get out while you can. this is coming from two experience Canadian travellers do not book with them. Any excursions. Hope to God this helps.

La chambre réservée avait une belle vue sur les pyramides.
Cependant il est impossible d’en profiter ou de dormir tellement le bruit de la rue en bas est ignoble.
Le personnel est un petit peu insistant sur les tour-opérateur, ils veulent le vendrent.

Fantastic view of the pyramids

This hotel was an absolute false advertisement from the pictures that it had on Expedia. The area was absolutely awful and dirty, and it smelled so bad. The room had no window and it was like a dorm room… The soliciting around the hotel is absolutely crazy. The staff was absolutely amazing, but I would never recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.

The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'.

The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless.

Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off.

Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'.

Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell.

Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander.

Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals.

I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!

El hotel estaba limpio el persona muy amable y la ubicación está muy cerca de los de las grandes atracciones turísticas las pirámides y el museo muevo fácil de llegar

Hotel con veduta sulle piramidi davvero suggestiva, davvero bella la terrazza con piscina, bar e ristorante. Il personale è davvero gentile. Omar è stato davvero attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. consigliato.

Nice hotel and staff, nice view

The view of the giza pyramids from the hotel rooftop was the only thing I enjoyed. Don't be fooled by the photos. Really not worth the stay. This is about a one star or no stars hotel. Outdated rooms. The shower in my room would not drain and was very filthy. The bathroom towels are old and as stiff as cardboard and rough as sandpaper. Two small water bottles are complimentary after that l had to purchase water at about one dollar US. The laundry service is overpriced, a small load will cost about 14 US dollars. The swimming pool towels are not replaced with fresh towels. Staff members simply collect the used pool towels and place them back on the towel stand. Complimentary breakfast is about the worst food I've ever had. I was not happy I made the choice to stay here. This is a very honest review. Pay the money and stay at a 5 star hotel. I wish i would have.

Toppen hotell med fantastisk utsikt över pyramiderna. Luktade gott på hela hotellet. Fräscht och alltid städat rum med nya handdukar och toalettartiklar varje dag. Serviceinriktad personal som svarade snabbt och hjälpte till när det behövdes.

Skönt med en pool på taket där vi kunde slappna av på solstolarna.

The property had an amazing view of the pyramids which i enjoyed evey morning while having breakfast in the roof restaurant. The concierge omar was incredible attentive seyting up grrat guides in cairo like professor Mohmoud and mr Hesham. He also set up trip to luxor from flights to activities, drivers and a great guide in mr Emad. Heva arrange a driver for my entire time in cairo Mohamed was excellent always early, super polite and good navegator in the madness of cairo traffic and colorful style of driving. Mr. Omar always kept in touch to make sure tours were going well and i was enjoying myself. He was super attentive from me booking my stay to me reaching my destination after leaving cairo.( Man doesn't sleep always available no matter the time.) front desk yousef and Aya super polite always welcoming. All in all very appreciative on the experien all this lovely people gave me it was a lifelong dream of mine to visit Egypt and they made it unforgettable.

It’s the best place to stay in Giza, the view is honestly priceless. Location is less than a 10 minute drive to the pyramids, so doing your excursions is very convenient. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
