Great location
Pros:

This was an unusual hotel for us, because there was nobody at the front desk. Instead, everything was handled via WhatsApp messages. Nevertheless, it worked very well. They were responding very quickly to our inquiries. In particular, the first breakfasts were a 'traditional' French choice with breads and pastries, which are boring for us since we live in France. They happily changed to a "Greek breakfast" with rice pudding, some Feta salad, and a bit more (no price change, nor asked). Overall, it was an interesting and good experience.

Cons:

This is possibly our own thinking, but a fully automatic hotel key using a simply password is a bit dangerous. There were sometimes people at the door, so one would need to be very careful. Note that the hotel door entrance and the bedroom have the same password. I am assuming, all bedrooms/apartments have different passwords, but all of them work at the main entrance. I understand this is a way to literally never see each other (client and worker), and there is no need to be worried about handling keys.

Excelente alejamiento
Pros:

Alojamiento excelente, muy limpio, nuevo, tranquilo cómodo, cama con colchón nuevo y de calidad, y muy céntrico, a 5 mnts de parada metro y 15 mnts andando a plaza syntagma.
Muy recomendable. Volveré.

Pros:

Cons:

Would rather the person delivering didn't ring the door bell at 7am. Would have preferred a bigger balcony so could sit outside.

Great place
Pros:

Location is in walking distance of 2 metro stations, even walking to city center is doable.
Washing machine with 2 laundry pods included.

Easy modern access (code on the gate and door)

Cons:

Refrigerator is noisy so it is quite hard to sleep next to it, so I had to turn it off during the night. Promised to be fixed

Pros:

Very near student alternative quarter, clean, nice studio

Cons:

You should not expect a quite place, street is direct under windows, balcony is about 30cm wide, music from the bars till late, but that's Athens life :-)
