I did not expect the spotless ness. It’s a beautiful hotel. Just wish we had water to drink in our room as we take medications morning and evening. We are returning after our cruise.

Absolutely AMAZING breakfast!

Check in went smoothly. The room was tailored for 3 people. The balcony was large with table and chairs to enjoy the view. Amenities were provided everyday. The hotel is close by to Piraeus harbour and a very short stroll to the centre and around the hotel is newly located Zara and JD sports. The staff are always welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of foods to enjoy.

1. They gave us a lower category room, and said that the pictures shown in hotels.com are only to give you an idea of what your room migh look like but it they don't reflect the rality of the rooms. So they false advertise and seem to be proud of it.

5. Dining area small and crowded.
6. At best is a 3 star hotel, not at all a 5 star.
7. Awful service at front desk.

We loved the fantastic location of the Port Tower Hotel and its delightful rooms and attentive staff. Our included daily buffet breakfast was amazing as well, with so many fresh food options from eggs and juices to quality baked goods. So close to Piraeus Port for easy ferry access and we were able to island hop to several Greek Islands on the Aegean Sea as well as Aegina Island in the Saronic Gulf directly from the Port. Piraeus itself was a surprisingly wonderful part of Athens with nearby waterfront restaurants, cafes, and bars at Marina Zeas as well as many museums and cultural attractions in the area. One minor issue was some music from a nearby dance club (not the fault of the hotel) but management always putting guest needs first was able to rectify our concerns. The beautiful harbor view terrace and quality of the accommodations made the Port Tower a solid and very convenient choice. Only a short taxi to the the city of Athens and the Athens Riviera (Glyfada) beaches and shopping district make the location of this Port hotel ideal. I couldn't say more about the Piraeus area, our premium 4-star water view accommodations, and professional staff and management of this amazing property!!

Beautiful clean property update like new

The property itself was excellent five stars but staff were not impressive uneducated didn’t care about the guests.
They were supposed to fill up the service such as water , coffee,…. It didn’t happen and I had to call and ask for it and front desk would demand to come to reception for it. Most horrible, there was no PARKING!!!!!!!!!
Had to park the car in a public parking and cab to and from the hotel.
