Daytona Speedway Hotel

We were unable to stay here. We checked in and checked out within 30 min. Room very dirty with dead bugs, food crumbs and foul mouldy odor.

Was a former Holiday Inn was taken over and the inside was totally refurbished and the beds were comfy and it felt really clean.

Got to the property and its not even called the same name anymore. Checked in to the room that was just cleaned within 5 mins my daughter got on the bed and a roach crawled up the sheet I swatted it and it went under the bed. Grabbed our stuff and went back to the front desk and asked for a new room. And told her why. Would have found a different hotel but everything was booked for the race. They didnt offer and kind of discount or anything for this happening my daughter would not sleep that night or even go under the sheets!

Was what was expected

Well as soon as we got in the room that had just been cleaned my daughter layed on the bed and a roach crawled up the bed and on her arm got a new room but we couldnt sleep if there would have been other hotel rooms avaliable in the area we would have left. Definitely not worth the $329.00 we paid for the room to have roaches crawl on the bed

It was good and clean a not a far walk to the track

Holiday inn always does a nice job.

The hotel is in a great spot. The sheets, were stained, ants, and roaches in the rooms. The AC is off in the room which takes longer to cool the area. A few of the hotel associates were friendly and nice.

Overall it's not bad, but I think they should improve the breakfast in terms of variety and cleanliness of the pool

Where do I even start.... family of 5 came and the 1st room we got had black mold and mildew. Not the biggest deal so we got switched into a different room. 1st night was fine we were tired so we slept. Suppose to be breakfast and hot breakfast on the weekends thats a joke in itself. Always put away early or simply not put out at all. No wifi with 2 teenagers for 12 days and nights is crazy. All they said is its not supposed to work... its in the amenities so.... Then there were the roaches and when we reached out and had the booking agency reach out they simply said no and we couldn't get a refund or even a partial refund. The staff is great whoever owns this place lemme talk to you face to face cuz mf this ain't it. Worst place ever!!! 0 stars. Don't waste your time or your money! Now I have to call pest control when I get home to make sure I didn't bring anything home! Deplorable. And another thing they arent actually a Holiday Inn Express also they have people driving through dmtrying to sell you drugs.. absolutely crazy and no refund.

The room in it self was great except there was a bad mildew smell upon entering. There was only one towel in the whole room and there was no remote control for the TV we had to ask for it upon checking out we couldn't find anybody to give our room keys or even to say thank you to

The first room we were given with a sofa bed with a nasty stain but the lady in the frint office was very nice and switch our room. Some of the rooms has roaches in them.

Muy buena atencion desayuno ubicacion.

Booked online king size bed,checked in went to room and it was 2 full sized,
Alerted front desk and assigned new king room,upon entering room,bed was unmade with dirty linens piled up,dirty towels.
Alerted front desk and assigned an upgraded jacuzzi suite,we went in the room dropped our bags and left to go eat dinner.
After coming back my wife noticed bugs of some type crawling on bed,there were alive and dead ants actually crawling on floor.
Tryed to call the desk but phone in room not working.
Walked to desk,front desk girl came to room and saw the bugs.
After awhile a new room was assigned and we moved again.
The hotel over all was updated and very nice,
The 4 th room was great,although they should have reimbursed us at that point,i didn’t asked,there wasn’t any offer.

Nothing to complain! Was a good experience and the service was easy and friendly
