Pros:

10/10 for everything from staff servicers to the right location easy access to restaurants and transportation. The room was a perfect fit for us and it was very neat & clean.
We truly enjoyed our stay with Echarm and always felt safe in our area.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious but smelled of cigarette smoke. The area around the hotel was busy with excellent shopping and quiet at night. Easy access to taxis. Metro was some distance.
