Good for very short stay.
had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had here. I had a confirmed reservation made weeks in advance, and when I arrived, I was told my room had already been given to someone else. The staff tried to justify it by saying I should have arrived earlier, which makes absolutely no sense — a reservation means the room should be held for the guest who booked and paid, regardless of arrival time.
Instead of honoring my booking, they offered to move me to a “partner” hotel owned by the same person, claiming it was the same rate and quality. When I went to check it out, it turned out to be a completely different story — the hotel was dirty, cramped, and nowhere near the same standard. It felt like they were trying to pass off a lower-quality place as an equivalent option.
The staff there were unprofessional throughout my stay. The front desk clerk was rude, and on checkout day, he started banging on my door aggressively even after I told him to wait. When I checked my reservation, it clearly stated checkout was at 1 PM, but he insisted I had to leave by 12 PM because of “their policy.” When I showed him the listing, he just brushed it off and said they’d “change it,” with no apology or accountability.
To make things worse, the place felt unsafe. In the middle of the night, when I went outside to pick up my talabat order, there was no one at the front desk, the lobby door was wide open, and anyone could have just walked in.
