Vorweg, das ist kein Luxushotel! Aber.. George, der Eigentümer, und das besondere Flair reißen die Einfachheit der Zimmer und das eventuell als ruhestörend empfundene Umfeld (liegt an Straße und Hafen) wieder raus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit Hafenblick und Balkon. Das Haus ist gut restauriert und hat Atmosphäre! Es atmet die alte Zeit und erinnert mich an frühe Reisen nach Griechenland! George ist ein besonderer Mensch, der seine Gäste teilhaben lässt an der Geschichte seiner Familie und seiner Insel. Wer nach Griechenland fährt, um Land und Leute kennenzulernen, der ist hier richtig. Serviert wird auch ein kleines, griechisches Frühstück mit wirklich leckeren Spezialitäten..natürlich vom Hausherrn persönlich!

Pros:

The owner, George, is a very friendly and helpful person. He also allowed us to leave our luggages in deposit for two days while exploring the other part of the island.
Location is excellent for whomever arrives late at port or need to be close by ferry port.
