Pros:

We weren't able to stay in the Cave Crafted Suites due to a maintenance issue. Instead, we were moved to 2 separate rooms, which was fine and worked out. The rooms we stayed in were not very clean. I'm used to traveling in developing countries, so not a huge deal for me, but it may bother some others. The host was very responsive to all messages sent to him. He also volunteered to pick us up from the airport when our rude driver said he was going to leave us because we had to wait on the airline to get us our car seat.

Pros:

Poor communication to start. Told me to go to the app. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the top of a hill. Over 6 flights of stairs to get to the bottom where the location on my phone took us. Couldnt get my luggage or my family to the location.

Pros:

The room was constantly damp! Running the air-conditioner did not make much of a difference. The bathroom didn't have a sink and the bathroom door didn't close properly.

On the positive side the location is within walking distance (10 mins) of downtown.

Pros:

The room had mold and smelled very musty. The bathroom had a ventilation problem and the sewage smell was truly unbearable. I don’t recommend booking this place until the owners resolve these issues. Good location tho!

Pros:

Property is loaded with black mold everywhere on pillows, doors, etc… Host is a rude, unprofessional, arrogant individual with no communication skills. Stay away! Expedia has not vetted this property. Health and Safety concerns! Issues!
