The Maiden City Hotel

Breakfast was beautifully done each morning. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They give great advice on places to eat, etc. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Amazing, excellent hotel we will definitely return to soon!

Freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück übersichtlich, netter Frühstücksraum. Unweit Parkplätze, die nachts sogar umsonst sind.

Clean and friendly staff. Had parking close by and it was discounted

Magnificent!
Stayed here for 2 nights exploring the city and the coastline including Giants Causeway. The staff were superb, friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a bonus included in our stay. The hotel is situated a short walk from the city walls and all the sites. What a bonus to have a bar in the hotel for a nightcap or two.

Amazing hotel, lovely and accommodating staff and such a central location, we will definitely be back!

Only downside is parking but that can be overlooked 😊

Room was great and good value. Reception, bar and breakfast (including the breakfast room) were all lovely. Parking next door in public car park but overall a great stay and thanks to all the staff!

Newly opened hence everything was fresh and clean
Comfortable bed
Bar area was on the first floor with view of the street below and the girl who served us made nice cocktails and poured fresh pints
Can take a while to find your way around the hotel otherwise a good stay

Hotel was nice and clean on arrival, staff were friendly on check in, however although it’s a new hotel there was a number of issues with the room. The toilet was filling with water when we were using the sink, spoke to reception at night once we realised but there was no other room ready to be moved into so we had to use the toilets in reception 3 floors down. The window in the room was stuck open and would not shut, so was extremely noisy. Tried to put the TV on to drown out the sound of the outside but the TV had no channels. Also minor but the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Tried to let reception know when checking out however the member of staff on the desk was on the phone and fairly rude, basically just took the key and signalled with her hands to go away. Overall poor experience, would not recommend.

Beautiful cosy hotel with lovely modern decor. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the city walls and the 24 hour carpark only cost £12.

Great stay, hotel was super. Location was perfect in terms of walking distance to key interested points. However, at times the area felt a little unsafe but a very short walk rectified that slight issue

Most enjoyable hotel, beautiful well presented hotel throughout, rooms were clean spacious and most comfortable, Checking in and out very simple and straughtforward and the staff were excellent, Central to everywhere, Strongly recommended
