Breakfast was fantastic & fresh made each morning.
We appreciated the 24 hour complementary water & coffee station as well as kettle in our room.

이 호텔은 지어진지 얼마되지 않아서 새 것이고 깨끗합니다. 많은 직원들이 관리에 신경쓰고 있다는 것이 느껴집니다. 직원들은 대부분 영어로 의사소통하는데 충분히 숙달되어서 원활한 소통이 가능합니다. 특히 마치 5성급 호텔직원처럼 매우 친절하신 점이 인상깊었습니다. 그들은 매너있는 태도로 항상 기분좋게 고객들을 응대해주고, 요청을 해결해주려고 노력했습니다.

조식은 충분히 효율적으로 구성되어있습니다. 고정메뉴인 볶음밥과 계란후라이는 특별하지는 않지만 맛있어서 바깥에서 파는 것이 부럽지 않습니다. 물, 커피 등 항상 쉽게 가져갈 수 있도록 로비에 마련해준 배려가 좋습니다.

단점이라면 단지 방음이 안된다 정도일 것 같습니다. ”복도에서 누가 이렇게 떠들지?“ 싶었는데 알고보니.. 옆 방에서 말하고 있던 소리였습니다. 하지만 저는 여행할때 소음에 별로 민감하지 않아서 괜찮았습니다. 사실 치앙마이에서는 올드타운 바깥쪽 대형 고급 호텔이 아닌 이상에야 소음에 취약할 수 밖에 없습니다. 특히 님만은 고급호텔도 비행기 소음과 야외 콘서트 소음 때문에 훨씬 시끄럽다는 점은 인지하고 있어야 합니다. 이 호텔은 골목 안에 위치해 있다는 점이 처음에 약간 당황할 수 있으나, 메인도로에서 가깝습니다

방이 작아서 불편했다는 리뷰를 방문 전에 봤어서 걱정했는데, 제가 배정된 방은 충분히 컸습니다. 에어컨도 바로 위에 설치되어 있어서 전혀 덥지 않았습니다.

또한 호텔 위치가 올드타운 주요 장소를 가는데 매우 가까워서 편리합니다. 재즈카페 밀집지역, 선데이마켓, 동쪽 지역 등 도보로도 많은 곳을 방문할 수 있었습니다.

체크인 시간이 14시, 체크아웃 시간이 12시로 비교적 다른 호텔들보다 넉넉한 점이 마음에 듭니다. 덕분에 좀 더 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

저는 충분히 만족했습니다만, 아래는 호텔의 더 나은 발전을 위해 의견 드립니다.
- 수영장 의자 중 하수구 근처에 있는 베드는 하수구 냄새가 강하게 나서 쉬기에 힘듭니다. 방향제 배치를 고려하면 좋을 것 같습니다
- 호텔 관할 구역은 아니긴 하지만, 호텔로 들어오는 골목 도입부가 많이 지저분해서 당혹스러운 경험을 했습니다. 특히 새 시체와 같은 부분은 사라졌으면 합니다

다시 치앙마이에 방문한다면 이 호텔을 예약할 의향이 충분히 있습니다. 호텔이 제공한 서비스의 품질에 감사함을 느낍니다.

Everything was beyond my expectations: excellent and eager-to-please staff, tasty and homemade breakfast items, and great location yet off a small quiet street. Will stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The wifi worked great, and the rain shower was very relaxing. The breakfast had tasty choices which were all good. The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference.
We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae.

Warm and welcoming hospitality from all the staff who made our stay in Chiangmai memorable. Rooms were clean with brand new amenities. Delicious home cooked breakfast with variety of dishes. The location is walking distance to tourist attractions. We would book again and recommend to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Chiangmai!

Great hotel in great location.

The staff was friendly, kind and sincere. The food being fully vegeterian but having so much flavor was important to me since I haven't found a single option being someone who is Muslim. Being able to eat everything meant a lot. It was also authentic thai food.

The room was clean and room service every day. The ammeneties also were good quality.
