Senoma Hotel

Managers were very friendly, Hotel was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The resturant, Cask, was very good as well.

Unfriendly staff. Not welcoming.

Hotel and pool are very nice! Service in the restaurant could be improved.

This is a new hotel, very nice and clean , lovely restaurant and pool areas,spacious rooms.

Given it's new, i think the staff are still finding their way and the service is the only reason i didnt give this a 5* review.
My room wasn't cleaned until 5pm despite the hotel being relatively quiet. I always had to go up to the bar to order (for example at lunch and dinner).
Breakfast isn't included (which I feel it should have been given the price of room and basic breakfast). At lunch i asked if i could swap the potates and vegetables (that came with chicken) for salad and chips, and was told I had to oder tbese separately.
I would have mentioned these things in person to a manager but no one asked about my stay or how everything was going.
Overall, the hospitality doesn’t match the hotel.

Stayed three nights. Not only was our room not serviced ANY of the days we were there.... but the sign to clean our room disappeared every time we hung it on the door. We asked the front desk for a new sign 3 times... and gave up after the fourth sign vanished. Consequently, we had to request towels, soap and toilet paper everyday.

Then there was the issue of mystery charge of $73.82 CAD at checkout. They couldn't tell us what the charge was for due to a computer outage at time of checkout. The only thing we charged to our room was 2 drinks. They comitted to send us a detailed receipt via email once there systems were back up and running....

Three weeks later - still waiting.

Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, se siente nuevo y limpio ,es seguro, te guardan equipaje, excelente hotel, y el plus es la atención de Maribel, es súper amable y excelente anfitriona,nos dio recomendaciones para cenar y para nuestra visita a Machu Picchu, regresaremos al Natural Lodge cuando volvamos a Aguascalientes.

Newest hotel on the block, a lot quieter than the other hostels. New pool, very nice bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. Shower takes awhile to turn hot. We had great sleep.

Very modern and clean. Excellent service by staff. By far higher quality than any other accommodation in the area.

Super cute and clean hotel.
We stayed on a Friday night and they were blasting club style music until 10pm.
Felt like a party hostel. Otherwise the stay was nice and it was fun being so close to the dunes.

Amazing oasis within an oasis. Lounge by the pool surrounded by desert.

This property and rooms are pristine. My favorite feature in the room is the shower, which was much needed after traveling to so many places where the shower lacked. From the second we arrived the staff helped answer each of our questions and accommodated us in every way we asked.

The onsite restaurant and bar also had the same great service and the food was good! The bar shuts down at a reasonable time so you have to worry about loud music keeping you up all night, which we appreciated.

I would recommend this place to anybody!

The hotel is brand new and very well equipped. The restaurant Cask is excellent. The staff are exceptional, in particular, the manager Jack and the waiter/bartender Renzo. A fantastic day. Could not recommend more highly.

La struttura è nuovissima, e ha un design molto curato, la sua posizione su più piani con 2 piscine e adiacente alle dune la rende sicuramente affascinante. Le camere sono grandi, curate con tutti i confort. Il ristorante ha un cibo veramente eccellente, assolutamente da provare. Il personale è premuroso e molto gentile, anche se devo dire molto giovane e non tutti parlano inglese. Siamo stati in piscina dopo il checkout e abbiamo anche pranzato nell'ottimo ristorante, trascorrendo una giornata rilassante e piacevole.

Great hotel in Hucachina, staff can’t do enough for you.

Due the nature of my work, I have spent half my working life in hotels 40 + yrs to be exact. As a rule I don’t do reviews, but when i come across one that is truly exceptional then I will. This hotel is not the Hilton or the Marriott it’s a 3 star. What has got is a 5 star manager (Chris) and 5 star staff. When you walk in your greeted with happy smiling receptionists who a very helpful. The bar staff are all smiling and courteous and make some excellent cocktails. The food is excellent and drinks and food in my opinion are reasonably priced. The hotel in all areas is spotlessly clean. The rooms are quite large and ther hotel has been recently refurbished. I can’t praise Chris and his team enough and he has obviously got it right. A happy work force makes for a happy place. There was some noise coming from a hostel down the road at weekend, but if that is a problem, I’m sure they if you mention it they would accommodate you on the far side of the hotel. 10 out of 10 all day long fantastic
