The hotel is excellent for families but not recommended for couples at all , very busy, children , I choose a honey moon room but unfortunately it was like others room no privacy no quiet atmosphere, loud everywhere especially in the aqua park.

Food and beverage was of a very poor quality and meal times was like being in a hostel!!!!

1. 일단 유럽의 휴가기간(여름)은 피하는게 좋을듯함. 레스토랑에서 이집션 갸르송에게 무시당함..어이상실..ㅡㅡ;; (리셉션이나 다른 직원들은 친절했었는데 유난히 레스토랑 갸르송들이 유럽인 우대..ㅡ.,ㅡ)
동양인은 호텔을 통틀어 우리일행뿐..이집션일행도 거의 없었고..독일에 온줄 알았음.
Staff in restaurant need to be strengten employee training. Very rude..

We ware surprised that the guests reserve the chairs around the swimming pools starting from 8 am, and keep it reserved till the end of the day. We couldn’t find any chair around the swimming pools during all the days we stayed there. The hotel management knows about this issue and they don’t have any solution.
The Restorant is very busy all the time.
فوجءنا بان ضيوف الفندق يحجزون الكراسى حول حمامات السباحه من الساعه الثامنه صباخا و لا يتركوها حتى نهايه اليوم. اداره الفندق تعلم ذلك و لاكن ليس لديها حلول .لم نستطع ان نجد اى كرسى حول حمامات السباحه خلال الفتره التى قضيناها هناك

food was above excellent/ beach was clean/room was very comfy.
the only 2 comments that i need to bring to the management attention are:the cart that transfer customers to the beach was always late on both ways and i noticed that the drivers hang around quite often and i may recommend using 2 carts for both ways all the time for both directions because during my stay there was only one cart working all the time and sometimes i waited more that 15 min in such hot weather.
2nd the diving center was far below level, i only took one trip to Gifton island and the only good thing with the nice service from our guide Fady and Bassem BUT the food was not ok at all no dessert provides NO COLD DRINKS or bottled water provided plus a hygienic DISASTER done by one of the stuff who was using his bare hand to put ice at the drinking water which i can grantee was NOT bottles just tap water, i do not blame the poor guy but i blame the management who did not put a qualified person for food and beverage on board of the boat,and although the diving center is independent but this image is reflected back on stiegenberger...
This is my second stay at this hotel after two years. Everything has changed to negative, nobody seems to be working who was working two years ago. The ingredients used to prepare food is low quality, the food is repetitive, not fresh. They offer powder mixture as orange juice and not generous with all other drinks as it was before. The hotel is not multinational, the guests were all from the German speaking countries and the open buffet was anything but various varieties of potatoes. The desert section is unbelievable, they offer cheap jelly as desert! As for the rooms, the bathrooms are smelling no matter what, the air conditioners are old and noisy, there is a constant sound of construction ongoing in some sections, they leave 1 shampoo for 2 guests, you always need to ask for everything. The hotel staff are young and inexperienced. The minimum conditions for security are not met. When you have a problem, they just get offensive and blame you. This is their solution. Do not waste your money for this 2 star hotel.
The whole experience was amazing! Friendly staff, amazing food, good service and amenities. If you want a trouble free huge hotel complex with your partner or for the whole family, this is the place to stay!
Overall, this was a great experince for my Family. The hotel is kids friendly with alot of nice activities.

This is definitely a hotel for screaming children.
It’s the most miserable stay I have ever had in my entire life.
I can’t stand the smell in this hotel which is every where ( toilets, swimming pool etc.).
The food is rubbish and don’t believe that all inclusive means you will enjoy everything ( good restaurants and fresh juice.... are excluded) rubbish food and juice are offered.
I can’t eat well and really can’t stand this smelly hotel( close your nose before you enter the toilet).
Very unprofessional staff at the reception who wasted more than an hour for the check in to find my booking ( I discovered that they have been trying with my first name not last).
I lost my money there because it’s not worth for even a penny.
I’ll never ever think to use this name of such a hotel all over the world not just Egypt.
Everything is very low standard and I can’t believe that this is a German brand.
This is less than a ONE STAR HOTEL.

Everything was beyond expections. No complains at all. Friendly staff, good food, amenities, room just superb. We both haf a good time!!!
Very clean and friendly resort. Lots to do. Private beach with entertainment is very nice. Ok selection of food in the alinclusive restaurants, however some restaurants can do with a better menu/selection. Hotel staff very friendly however language is a barrier and difficult at times. Overall very lovely resort especially if going with kids.
The place is huge, there's alot of fun activities, great sunbathing
