Clean but rather expensive
Pros:

Family-run guesthouse. Polite and friendly (very little English spoken). On a quiet backstreet. Room was very clean, but small (no wardrobe or storage space). Rather expensive (GBP 22 per night, THB 1,000) by Thai standards compared to other similar guesthouses. Location quite far from main tourist area, so need to borrow a bicycle or rent a scooter to get around. Not much nearby in the way of restaurants etc. Hard pillows.

Pros:

We were extremely happy with our stay due to the wonderful hospitality of the owners, Nui, her parents and younger sister, Fon. They provided a wonderful breakfast ( many choices) every morning & gave us valuable advice on places to go & things to see in the area. They helped us rent a motorbike to get around and even gave us a cellphone so we could call them when we got lost - which we did several times so they could come rescue us! They went above & beyond basic hospitality & we loved our 4 night stay & hated to leave.

Pros:

Lovely small hotel, quiet, good breakfast, free car and small pink tuk tuk to drop you at the main road, easy to find some foods around the hotel , very nice staff and owner, clean, small yard and so cute elephants mural

Pros:

这里的一切都很好。酒店靠近宁曼路，走路大概十分钟就到了，而且酒店还有免费的tuktuk车送你到就近的地点，十分贴心。如果你要去别的地方，他们还会帮你叫车，服务一流。关键是酒店的有一个别致的小院落，十分宁静。我觉得光是坐在小院子里，看看书发发呆都很美好！十分喜欢这家酒店，如果下次有机会去清迈，我还会选择这里！

Warm welcome as family
Pros:

Absolutely value for money. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Decoration of the elephant all around the hotel very cute and clean. Perfect location outside near hotel. Breakfast really good and delicious! Also free bicycles to use whenever i want.
