Highly recommend. Great location, clean and great customer service

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom Mezzanine apartment. It was spotless, lovely, & spacious. The kitchen was stocked with a Nespresso maker, toaster, stovetop, under the counter refrigerator & dishwasher. There is a washing machine & iron also. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was great, about an 8-10 minute walk to Old Towne. The property is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the central train station and 20 minute Uber ride to the airport.
We highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment, close to old town within walking distance and of the river. Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds and great facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to stay here. 10/10

Fantastisk lägenhet! Vi reste med 2 barn i åldern 12 och 16. Perfekt med två stora sovrum med king size sängar i bägge rummen. Och två badrum med dusch. Rummet var i fantastiskt skick, som att ingen hade bott där före oss. Fullt utrustat kök med spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffemaskin, vattenkokare och brödrost. På rummet fanns tvättmaskin, badrockar och tofflor till alla och smart tv i både sovrummen och vardagsrumsdel.
Området var perfekt, nära till shopping (2 min till Palladium), nära till turiststråk.
Är man känslig för ljud kanske man kan störas av tutande på gatan utanför, de gillar att tuta i Prag. Vi bodde högst upp men hördes ändå tydligt, dock betydligt lugnare på natten.

Room - very clean, very modern with top of the line appliances and finishes. They also provided all amenities you would ever need from great toiletries, coffee, tea, and kitchenware!

Location - amazing! Super close to everything and only short walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, and markets.

Staff - were superb! Fernando and Antonio (even the housekeeping team) were all so warm, welcoming, and very accommodating! Everyone was super helpful and very kind.

Construction was going on in the lobby. There wasn't anyone to check us in and was told to leave our luggage in the hallway open to anyone. So we took our luggage with us and found a coffee shop to sit at for a couple of hours. Upon check in they told us not to open the windows. The room was great, very clean, no A/C. This was one of the biggest factors of staying at this facility. We didn't know calling after hours meant someone randomly showing up at our door after telling us there was nothing they could do. They looked at the thermostat and stated that we couldn't use the air condition and when I politely stated upon checkin they verified we could use it, she stated we would have to wait until the next day for someone to look at it because it is controlled offsite and it was after hours. She said we were allowed to open a couple of windows. This unit does not have a view. Bedroom looks at a wall I can almost touch, and the living room looks to a small area with a net over it and another wall. NO AIRFLOW!

The room was spotless with daily cleaning in the afternoon. Our check in was well done. Explained how everything worked. During our trip the front desk was helpful especially arranging transport to the train station. Good location, only 15-30 minute walk to most places.

Very good location, the appartement is new, clean, very nice design, large and nice bathroom.

The apartment was fantastic, everything were new and lovely looking. The personal were professional and amazing.
