I would definitely give 0 stars if it were possible. This place was absolutely terrible; the only positive thing about it was the location. It was extremely dirty and nowhere near 4-star standards.

Our first room had electrical issues and the lights wouldn’t turn on. The receptionist told us a technician could only check it the next day! The next day, the technician said the problem couldn't be fixed and we had to move rooms. In the new room, while it was -3°C and snowing outside, the heating system was broken and blowing cold air. No one took responsibility until we forced the receptionist to come and see for themselves. We eventually had to demand a portable heater just to survive the night.

The pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were so dirty they had changed color. The smell of dampness and mold was suffocating, and because there was no ventilation, we had to open the windows in -3°C weather after every shower. The breakfast was a joke—no variety and poor quality for the price. The staff were unprofessional and completely uncoordinated; new shifts had no idea what happened during the previous one.

Do not waste your money on this place. It’s more of a low-end hostel than a hotel. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent breakfast, clean room and washroom. All amenities close by. But housekeeping should refill the tea and coffee.

Spotless room and well set out, staff were very helpful and pleasant, breakfast good quality and plenty to choose from.

God beliggenhed, nemt at komme med metro til centrum. Bestemt ikke sidste gang vi bor der.

Zimmer war toll. Service hervorragend.

Als kleine Anmerkung: Bei dem supertollen Frühstück fehlte mir leider ein Tischabfallbehälter.

Ansonsten top Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein gutes Hotel in ruhiger und günstiger Lage nahe der U-Bahn, sehr freundliches Personal.

Dejligt stort værelse.Flink hjælp i reseptionen ved ankomst. Skøn morgen mad. Vil helt sikker bo her igen.

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Vienna ottima anche la posizione

Otel çok kendi halinde. Kahvaltı gayet çeşitli ve yeterli. Schönbrunn a çok yakın ve metroya da çok yakın bunlarda büyük avantaj. Herkes güleryüzlü. Odalar temiz. Seyahatimizde gayet rahat ettik. Teşekkürler
