Excellent customer service from the front desk. Room is clean however the WC clogged and the water drainage from the shower cubicle is poor. Rather disappointing as complaint had to be made on a daily basis

Pros:

The room was very clean, cozy, and with complete toiletries. Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the hotel!!! My family and I are strongly recommending this hotel because it is not only located at the heart of tourist hubs (near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square), but it consists of staff with big hearts!!!

Such a convenient location to all the landmarks. You’re in the middle of Nanguluo Street and all the best food and sight right by your fingertips. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and they change the seasonal tea with the herbs best for the season.

Amazing!! Can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. Would highly recommend.

Just left the tiny hotel tucked in Nanluoguxiang—still smiling.
Free coffee, cookies, and afternoon tea on tap. The front desk felt like a mini-UN: English flowed, and they snagged me Forbidden-City tickets in two minutes.
Handed over dirty laundry at breakfast; it came back clean and folded at dusk—zero charge.
Mattress = cloud, pillow = marshmallow, sleep = instant.
Warmest little base in Beijing—see you next time.

My friend and I booked this hotel for our trip. Its location is extremely convenient, inside the food street. We walked to Houhai for morning exercise and witnessed a stunning sunrise. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and their staff are incredibly helpful—they assisted me in purchasing train tickets to Xi'an, call taxis for me, and even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice and have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you!

This hotel is located in nan luo guxiang food street, surrounded by countless restaurant options—my friend loved it so much. it's within walking distance to many attractions, making the location incredibly convenient. The front desk staff helped us book tickets for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and they even offer complimentary laundry service. They'll deliver your clean clothes to your room—super convenient! I feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it.
