Staff were awesome
The Hotel is amazing
Hotel is fairly new and in absolute great condition. It’s sparkly clean, amazing staff and very peaceful and welcoming. Only 7 mins drive down to the beautiful seven seas beach.
Beautiful Boutique hotel, very clean, very new. Service, especially manager, needs to do better in terms of politeness and customer service. Booked thru Expedia App and they charged extra undisclosed fees upon arrival. Other that that, had a great experience.
Very clean
This hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! The young beautiful lady Sarivette was always happy and willing to accommodate our needs. She has a lovely personality. The pool was a nice bonus. The manager gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see. I will stay here again hands down.
The entire experience was great from check in to check out. Coffee bar in room nicely stocked and pool area extremely welcoming and relaxing.
I had to postpone my trip due to last minute flight cancellation. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and let me move it forwards with no bother.
When i finally arrived the same lady "Ms S", was on the desk and welcomed me into the hotel with a smile. She couldn't have been nicer and i felt immediately at home. She was a wealth of information on the area and definitely enhanced my stay. 5/5

I enjoyed my stay
If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area of Fajardo, you won’t regret staying here. Affordable!! but also nice rooms, lovely staff, really clean room and bathrooms and they provide coffee and water bottles in the room. The only thing I would add is a long mirror in the rooms. Besides that, everything was lovely!
Very happy to stay here, I hope to be back soon.

It seems to be a hotel that is convenient if you have a car. They do not offer food and there are no walkable places to get food.
Anchors Hotel was excellent! Great location, with plenty of food and activities nearby. The facilities are brand new. They are beautiful, modern, and practical—100% recommended. Definitely we are coming back!
