Pros:

Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. When we unloaded our stuff and opened up the sofa bed to get some rest it was completely full of dirt including dead bugs all over it. After seeing that we took a closer look and there was dirt all over the table he has there hanging off the wall. I spoke with him about it and sent him pictures and I asked him to cancel and refund and he told me ok I’m going to contact Expedia. I thought everything was good. A few days later I contact Expedia to see how the refund process is going and they tell me that he denied the refund. Overall a terrible experience.

Pros:

I love a boutique motel. This one was perfect. The location was central to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. There was plenty to do nearby. Lots of choices for food. There was also the option to eat in. The kitchen has all you need to cook for your family. The space was enough for the family and pets. We used the fire pit that was part of the charm. Would highly recommend and we will return.

Pros:

Loved this little property! Super adorable and was a peaceful space to stay. Great outdoor areas. It had little touches in the unit like coffee and bottled water. I would def stay again and recommend to others. Great location out of all the congestion of pigeon forge.
