This is NOT a hotel in the strictest term of the word, more like a Pension. Bathroom was shared, with a communal kitchen area,
NO smoke detectors in individual rooms, NO working ventian blinds on window! 1 light worked in my room, had to move the bed to find a place to charge my cellphone. Room was clean, building was very secure, BRING EARPLUGS street outside is very noisy.

I didn't receive anything that comes with a hotel room and no room service the floors were dusty and dirty and dirt was under the bed stains on the chair and pillow cases i didn't have any wash cloths and i was given a small space heater and a thin blanket the room overall was uncomfortable and i was itchy from sleeping in that bed and i was still cold i couldn't take a shower because the water never got hot enough just barely warm to the touch and construction workers were working late and kept me up and I had to pay a early entry fee that I didn't know i had to pay and i would never stay in that place again one of my worst stays in a hotel ever

Clean room and easy access to room, common area and bathroom. Decent bed + bedding for price paid but I would recommend bringing your own blanket.

Location was super convenient, and the management was always responsive despite being offsite. I received a text around 2PM with my check in code and directions for how to find my assigned room, and the code became active at exactly 3PM.
This place is simple, no-frills, but it is safe, clean, the bed was comfortable, and honestly I was stunned that despite being in a busy area, it was quiet enough that I didn't need my earplugs!
I would absolutely stay here again.

Paid for reserved parking but all spots were taken, wasn't able to sleep in the bed I paid for. Ended up driving back to Milwaukee. Seemed like a nice place though when I first got there and was a spot open

Poor policies

I chose a private, double room although i was travelling alone. It was really spacious with a separate cupboard for my case and clothes.The room was very clean and the bed was absolutely devine. So, so comfy. I shared a bathroom with other guests but had no issues at all. The bathroom was top notch , even the shampoo and body wash were a thick, luxurious style. 10 out of 10. There was tea and coffee available 24/7. Chris and her boyfriend Chris were very excellent hosts and nothing was too much for them from clean towels, directions and suggestions on fun things to do. ♥️

I never used them

I was really shocked that Grand house threatened to cancel my stay at the last minute, if I was not paying an overcharge of 200$ (for no valid reason) while I already paid for my whole trip to Expedia. Thankfully Expedia customer services were the best and took care of the situation. Thank you Expedia I know why I am using your services.

We arrived a bit too early for check-in, but the staff kindly let us leave our bags there. We were also running late afterward, and they really took the time to help us find a quick solution. The staff was honestly amazing, even though they were super busy, they did everything they could to help us out. They understood exactly what we needed and were so kind and attentive. Special thanks to Krys,super friendly and helpful!

Great location (Blue line CTA can take you to Downtown and O’Hare Airport). Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They were always available when needed. Room and bathroom were clean.

It was just ok. I was comfortable and all my needs were met.

I had had my wallet stolen therefore i wasnt able to stay wven though i have tap pay. So i was rejected and would like a refund for my stay i paid for

My experience here with my wife was great with respect to cleaniness and comfortability.
