Es ist ein super Hotel. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Sie tragen dein Gepäck, geben dir einen Willkommensgruß, organisieren Taxi usw. für dich (ohne Extrakosten). Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist bequem. Es wird jeden Tag auf Wunsch gereinigt. Es gibt Shampoo, Handtücher ausreichend Wasser in Flaschen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker, ausreichend und auch verträglich. Da das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt ist auch der Straßenlärm in der Nacht fast nicht vorhanden. Uns hat das Hotel für ägyptische Verhältnisse wirklich überzeugt. Trotzdem darf man die hohe Bewertung nicht 1:1 mit deutschen Standards gleichsetzen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet établissement. Mention spéciale pour Islam et Ahmad qui ont tout fait pour que tout soit parfait. Les repas sont très copieux mais délicieux.

The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. The food is extremely abundant (perhaps too much) and very good. You can book very good tours through their website and the boat to cross the river through the reception whenever you need it.
Every afternoon they would either bring us a complementary ice cream or a fruit juice after our tours

We had a fantastic two night stay at Neferu. Ahmed and the team are the best hosts we've had in Egypt. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. It's quiet at night. There's a dock just outside the hotel so you can easily get a boat across the river. The breakfast is large and delicious. We'd definitely stay here again

Excellent choix pour séjourner à Louxor. Accueil chaleureux. Islam et Ahmed nous ont organisé des transports même en dernière minute. La rive ouest est un bon choix, la traversée en bateau vous emmène au winter palace en 2 minutes. Les chambres sont bien équipées , celles coté piscine sont très calmes. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, avec en prime une vue splendide sur le Nil. Il y a un roof top avec vue panoramique. Et enfin il y a une piscine pour se rafraichir si besoin.

My stay here was incredible. It's in a quiet area. The view is breathtaking, the service is beyond excellent, the food is delicious, and the attention from all the team from receptionists, the kitchen staff, and the waiters is amazing. I'm leaving absolutely delighted. I had a wonderful time, and traveling alone, I always felt calm, safe, and very relaxed. I highly recommend it. I felt right at home. After a long day exploring Luxor, all you want is to arrive at a place where you're treated so well and you can rest. Thank you so much! 😊 The pool is lovely, and the views from the terrace are beautiful.

Beautifully clean hotel in a great location overlooking the Nile. Our room was very comfortable, and the facilities excellent. The views from their restaurant and top balcony , watching the comings and goings on the water of the river cruises and the feluccas was constant entertainment. It was l so so beautiful after dark with the reflection of the lights in the water. However it was the wonderful staff that made it ultra ultra special. Manager Ahmed with his team - Mohammed, Islam, Hassan and Chef Ahmed were all so welcoming and very caring with nothing being too much trouble at all. They really made us feel very special and very much at home. Chef Ahmed prepared delicious dinner dishes for us in very generous portions - you will not go hungry that is for sure! Loved the sweet pastries too and the Egyptian breakfasts. Thank you all for looking after us so well, we really did appreciate it

Der Koch des Hotels hat uns (vegetarisch, vegan) himmlisch während unseres Aufenthaltes bekocht. Alles Personal des Hauses war super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe noch nie einen so exzellenten und zuvorkommenden Service in einem Hotel oder Restaurant erlebt. Das Neferu fehlt uns schon jetzt. Ich würde es jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

An amazing hotel that made us feel like home. The team is simply amazing: Islam, Mohammed and the rest of the team took care of us and we felt super grateful.

Also, try to have dinner there at least one night. It's super tasty! And if you have celiac desease, just let them know and they will adapt :D

The location is perfect for us: on the other side of the river were you can find all the hotels, perfect to stay away from this tourist hotspots and enjoy the magic of Luxor.

L'accueil incroyable réservé par le staff, le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible pour vous aider à organiser votre séjour ou des excursions, la nourriture est délicieuse (nous avons dîné là bas et pris deux petits déjeuners), la chambre est très agréable et c'est très propre ! Un merci à tout le staff et tout particulièrement à Islam et Ahmed qui ont vraiment rendu notre séjour à Louxor assez magique :)

Great place for staying in Luxor! We really enjoyed the excellent service from the staff, with a special shout-out to Islam for his incredible hospitality and for taking care of everything we needed.
The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, high-quality, and the portions were more than generous. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Luxor!

Located directly at the Nile with a great view. Our hosts Islam and Ahmed were very nice and always helpful.
