Great location, very nice room that was clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was very disappointing
Pros:

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

Cons:

The pool was disgustingly filthy, there were leaves and sticks covering the fence line the pool water was discoloured, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Good value for the location & size of unit; nice view of ocean from balcony; comfortable bed.
Pros:

Location was perfect; condo was clean & comfortable; front desk staff very friendly & helpful; pool area was clean & welcoming.

Cons:

Whole building was a bit dated; could use some renovation. Tiki Bar hours were quite limited with only 1 bartender both for inside & outside; we wanted to sit inside because it was cold outside, but no one was inside to service you; so you had to wait for the outside bartender to notice you & come in to service you. Complimentary breakfast was very limited to just regular coffee (no decaf) & hot water for tea/cocoa & oatmeal packets; also had packages of honey buns; but juice machine was out of everything (so no juice choices). Telephone in room didn't work; AC/heat unit was dated. All this said; it was still good value & a comfortable stay.
