Pros:

Appartamento super carino ,lo consiglio per la posizione e i confort!

Cons:

L'unica cosa è non poter lasciare le valigie anche se all andata abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciarla alla hall e c'è stato detto di sì e poi non c'era nessuno quando siamo arrivati.

Everything is great! I will definitely come back again!
Pros:

Everything was great. I am staying with them the second time, and as usual, everything is perfect: clean, very friendly staff, great location, very comfortable flat. I recommend it to everyone!

Cons:

It is minor, but this time the response about leaving the luggage before the plane was a bit too slow, so I left my luggage in other place for money, but in the end they responded and in general, communication with them was very nice, but for the future guest, please, don't be like me and ask about leaving luggage in advance :)

Pros:

The location is very good really close to everything and it is more than possible to find a nice parking.
The shower had hot water and the apartment is very nice looking and renovated.

Cons:

The managers of the place did not make a really good check in plan. Just to get to the apartment took us 40 minutes. Also no one that is related to the apartments met us it was all online communication therefore the 40 minutes we had to wait.
I do think the floor and sheets could be cleaner.
Also the shower is less suitable for people over 1.95

Cons:

Personale nella reception (quella vicino alla piazza del mercato) non estremamente simpatici, come quasi tutti i polacchi d’altronde

Pros:

Apartament, który pierwotnie otrzymaliśmy miał nieszczelne okna. Po kontakcie z najemca szybko zaproponowano nam zmianę apartamentu. Otrzymany inny apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Czysto, ciepło, dobre wyposażenie, komfortowe łóżko. Świetna lokalizacja.

Nice stay in Kraków
Pros:

The room was good with a very comfy bed. Check in was very easy as all information was sent straight to the portal at the check-in time. The location was very nice, we had a view of the nearby park, so it was nice to sit on the balcony, there were also lots of cafes nearby which was useful for breakfast. It was only a 30 min walk from the central train station also which was very useful.
