Pros:

Everything was very good. The staff was gentle and supportive, and I enjoyed my experience in the city and in this hotel. Receptionist Hala's service was exceptional. I definitely recommend this facility.

Overall great value for money, great environment with no issues experienced at all.
Pros:

The staff made all the difference. The team at the front desk, especially Hala, and the F&B team, especially Nimmer. They stood out significantly for their willingness to assist and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

Did not stay long enough, although the breakfast was a little limited, the staff went out of their way to assist with whatever I needed.
