A beautiful hotel with superb staff
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are stupendous. They go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Elias picked us up at the Port and delivered us to hotel. The manager, Tenia was so helpful. She found us a driver who was excellent. And she moved us to a first floor room when she realized that my husband was walking with a cane. The breakfast was very good. The only criticism we have is the eggs could have been warmer and the bacon cooked thru. The hotel room was very nice and had a great patio. But the room was so small- I would reserve and pay for a larger room next time. The hotel was spotless - just the way my own home is. When my husband fell at a restaurant, Elias took us to the ER the next day and then took us to a private clinic to get treatment. Tenia went with us to our departing ferry to ensure we got priority boarding and our luggage was stowed. She made sure that Tom got a wheel chair. I feel that I made a new family at Nauma and would not hesitate to go back.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. It would have been nice if they served snacks and food at nite. But there are two restaurants within walking distance.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with great style and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our favorite part of the stay was the boat tour around Naousa on the RIB boat provided by the hotel. It was a truly unforgettable experience that made our stay even more special. We highly recommend it!

Calme car situé en dehors de la dynamique ville de Naoussa
Bon petit déjeuner mais assez simple

Cons:

Réception assez froide dans l'ensemble, le personnel est attentionné mais débutant, la gérante croisée plusieurs fois ne nous a pas salué. Ce qui tranche avec l'hospitalité des autres hotels grecs visités pendant notre séjour.
Le balcon de la chambre a beaucoup de vis a vis et donne sur le parking et une sorte d'entrepot pour matériel agricole à ciel ouvert
La ventilation de la salle de bain est bruyante
L'hotel est excentré de la ville, ce qui est bien pour le calme mais l'accès est un peu difficile
Rapport qualité prix assez décevant
Nous avions signalé être en lune de miel et n'avons recu aucune attention particulière ou message sympathique lors de notre arrivée

I would highly recommend this hotel, we had a fab few days here and were made to feel very welcome.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, in a quiet area close to the beach and town. The room was great, very clean and lovely decor. The breakfast was excellent, a great choice and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Tonya, who baked amazing cakes!

Lovely stay, great spot for couples
Pros:

Beautifully designed and furnished hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful (especially George)! Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms (and products) and thanks for the complimentary mini-bar.

Cons:

The chef went to so much trouble to make a lovely spread but the breakfast wasn’t up to the incredibly high standards of the rest of the hotel - the hot food didn’t stay hot in the serving dishes. I would suggest either cook eggs etc fresh to order or don’t offer hot food. Only other comment, not a criticism, is that this is a hotel for couples - I think we were the only friends travelling together.
