Staff needs to be better- it’s a hotel not a free service
Pros:

Great Location, nice view and quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

We were staying there as a couple for a special event. I messaged the hotel via booking.com to request an early check in and late check out if possible. And at the start they did say they will let me know but all based on how busy they might get. We were staying for 1 night. Fair enough and then early check in they did accommodate but after we arrived at the location. So on the same day I messaged them to check if late check out was possible. Only 30min-1hr later. No response. So I presumed as they didn’t mention it was not ok. The lady who was the only staff there was very rude and at 11am comes to collect the food from our room and states you’ll need to leave. I don’t think that is professional at all as no response is not a response. And if this is challenged I have a messages to prove on booking.com. All they had to do was tell us late check out is not possible and we would have planned our selves to leave on time.

I would highly recommend staying at this property l
Pros:

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. From the we arrived and welcomed by Simi to the gorgeous room and balcony with jacuzzi, everything was perfect. Simi was an exceptional host. She made sure we were happy, recommending timing of activities to avoid busy cruise ship crowds to delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this property. Location was ideal, away from very crowded cruise ship crowds.

Lugar perfeito, ótima localização. Não precisa descer escadas para chegar à pousada.
Pros:

Nossa anfitriã foi maravilhosa! Nos ajudou com dicas de passeios e restaurantes. O quarto extremamente limpo e arrumado, café da manhã com boas opções e é servido no quarto no horário solicitado.

Gorgeous Executive Suite with breathtaking view! Only 1 set of stairs!
Pros:

Wow! We can not fault our stay. We stayed in the Executive Suite, Hot Tub (Caldera View) and were absolutely blown away by the size of the room with Extra Large Bed & separate lounge. The view was mind blowing and breakfast on the balcony divine. The incredible part was that you only had to do 1 set of stairs to access this incredible room which is near unheard of in Santorini! Sima the caretaker is an absolute gem and nothing is too much trouble. If I ever get back to Santorini, I would stay here in a heartbeat! There is a little Local Mini Mart when you go up the stairs to the right about 50m away which is super handy for cheap snacks & drinks.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't what we're used to when staying at resorts but being a villa you can't expect it to be. I will say that it was delicious and plentiful so really not a criticism, just something to be aware of when booking.

Incroyable, époustouflant, magnifique !!
Pros:

La vue sur la caldeira est saisissante, telle que sur les photos et encore mieux ! Le balcon est idéalement situé à l'abri des regards (contrairement à de nombreux autres...). Le jacuzzi est chauffé à la bonne température. Le petit-déjeuner (choisi chaque soir) est servi sur la terrasse. L'accueil est chaleureux et souriant. La chambre est spacieuse (même pour 3) et très bien équipée. L'hôtel est situé au début de la rue piétonne (ce qui est pratique pour les valises) et à quelques minutes à pied de la station de bus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et aurions voulu prolongé encore et encore !

Mi e piaciuta l' accoglienza, l' attenzione, la gentilezza, disponibilità e la professionalità dello staff specialmente della signora Sima😍. Siamo stati coccolati per una settimana e ogni nostro desiderio è stato esaudito con amore e passione😊. La camera una favola e la vista mozzafiato ci permetteva di trovarci di fronte il miglior paesaggio di Santorini. Il terrazzo era il mio posto del cuore. Ogni sera ci soffermavamo per ammirare Santorini di notte in compagnia di un buon vino. Abbiamo vissuto la miglior vacanza di sempre in questa struttura.
Per concludere ringrazio infinitamente Sima per lo shooting fotografico sul terrazzo.
Un grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro viaggio magico e indimenticabile.
