Tutto, hotel fatiscente descritto come una bellissima struttura, quando sei dentro scopri che tutto ció che era descrtitto nel sito on-line in realtá non esiste, sembra essere soltanto uno specchietto per le allodole!

1st impressions weren't great, but accepted we did arrive late in the evening.
The room with terrace we booked was available but no safe access to it wasn't possible - very low unsafe wall height (less than 12 inches) and no safety rail. The other 'available' room just wasn't clean! The bathroom smelled bad with unsightly grimy grouting.
The nearest Mosque must have been about 50 metres away as calls to prayer were impossibly loud!
There are only 2 of the 4 accommodation floors available. The other two undergoing significant renovation/renewal! Work going on all day and into the early hours!
Restaurant is little more than a canteen! A hatch with a 'chef' who'll prepare food as best he can with a microwave and a couple of gas rings. Food hygiene didn't appear too of his agenda! Glass topped tables damaged and unsafe.
No coffee bar as advertised ❌

Imo - this 'Hotel' is nothing like it appears on the site/platform. The services it offers aren't available.
It should not be open until it's properly ready.
So bad we moved out after two nights.

During our stay, they never cleaned our room
Day 1 we asked for soap and shampoo, supposed to be already in the bathroom, they brought us some samples, literally, after 2 hours from the moment we asked for them.
Day 2 they forgot our breakfast
Day 3 and 4 and 5 and still haven't cleaned the room.
Of course we requested or they suggested it.
Elevator was broken and our stay was at the top floor.
Last day and because they messed up with everything, offered free drive to the city and airport.

Fun fact:*We arranged a city tour with them and we supposed to finish at 4pm and by 1pm she was done with us.
Funny thing is that we both speak Arabic but we didn't say anything the whole time and we understood everything she was saying about us.Can you imagine?
Oh boy, it was hilarious, we couldn't even get angry.
I dismissed her and we continued our ride.

Last day my husband spoke to them in Arabic and they were in shock. Personally I didn't want to, I had enough.

FUJAM DESTE HOTEL! Pior experiência com o booking e com hotel na vida. Viajo recorrentemente e já estive em mais de 40 países e nunca me aconteceu algo parecido. Ao chegar no hotel para realizar o check-in fui informada, de forma surpreendente, que não havia acomodação disponível, apesar de a reserva ter sido feita com antecedência. Como “solução”, tentaram me realocar em outro hotel dito "similar" (na verdade muito inferior). Quando cheguei no outro hotel e vi a diferença, recusei a proposta. Em seguida tentaram me convencer a ficar em um terceiro hotel, melhor que o anterior, porém sem disponibilidade para o período todo que precisava. Novamente tive que recusar, pois não deixaria minha reserva da noite do 31/12 ao 01/01 (altíssima temporada) em aberto. Questionei ao funcionário por que não fui avisada previamente sobre a indisponibilidade, já que a reserva estava confirmada. Mas o atendente, com inglês limitado, não soube explicar. Também perguntei por que, ao tentar simular uma nova reserva no mesmo hotel para a mesma data, o sistema do Booking ainda indicava disponibilidade, se supostamente não havia quartos. Mais uma vez, não obtive resposta. Isso reforçou minha suspeita de que se trata de uma prática deliberada para atrair turistas e, posteriormente, realocá-los conforme a conveniência do hotel, muitas vezes para estabelecimentos nas redondezas e de padrão inferior. Inclusive, já havia lido relatos semelhantes sobre esse tipo de golpe em comentários de outros hotéis, justamente os quais evitei ao planejar minha viagem. Fui coagida pelo hotel a cancelar a reserva para conseguir meu dinheiro de volta. Diante da falta total de confiança, da pressão exercida e da situação de extrema vulnerabilidade, acabei cancelando para poder buscar outra acomodação por conta própria.

Zuerst meldet sich das Hotel 2 Tage vorher und heißt einen herzliche Willkommen und bietet Transfer, Ausflüge usw an. Da ich bereits vorweg alles fixierte, benötigte ich davon nichts. 4 Stunden vor Ankunft teilen sie mir mit, dass ich stornieren soll, trotzdem zu ihnen fahren soll und an der Rezeption zeigen sie mir ein anderen Hotel ohne Details. Wie kann man so mit Kunden umgehen, das hat mir eine Menge Nerven und Ärger gekostet. Noch dazu war der Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte 10 Stunden vorher abgebucht worden. Musste mir ein neues selbst Hotel suchen, ....... Angeblich machen sie das öfters. Nicht zu empfehlen, Kairo ist sowieso nicht touristenfreundlich und sie halten sich alle an keine Verträge, egal ob Hotels, Taxi,.... Sehr schade, dass sie so eine Einstellung zu Touristen haben, obwohl wir Ihnen Geld in das Land bringen und die Wirtschaft ankurbeln. Extrem enttäuscht und noch nie so etwas in einer Stadt erlebt.

Ils nous ont transféré dans un autre hôtel, grosse arnaque. Nous nous sommes faits engueuler pas le propriétaire de l’autre hôtel car soit disant il n’était pour rien. L’hôtel Galleria nous a demandé d’annuler la réservation booking et payer en cash l’autre hôtel. Inadmissible. Grosse arnaque. Je ne réservais plus sur booking. Pas de réaction du service client. Prise en otage face à l’urgence de trouver un logement rapidement.
