Terribile! Non prenotate in questo albergo
Pros:

Nulla, è stata una completa truffa. Una volta arrivati ci hanno detto che non avevano le nostre stanze prenotate, nonostante le avessimo bloccate tre mesi prima, per cui ci siamo ritrovati alle 20 di sera a dover cercare un altro alloggio

Arnaque et booking pas mieux
Cons:

Ils nous ont transféré dans un autre hôtel, grosse arnaque. Nous nous sommes faits engueuler pas le propriétaire de l’autre hôtel car soit disant il n’était pour rien. L’hôtel Galleria nous a demandé d’annuler la réservation booking et payer en cash l’autre hôtel. Inadmissible. Grosse arnaque. Je ne réservais plus sur booking. Pas de réaction du service client. Prise en otage face à l’urgence de trouver un logement rapidement.

Nothing. Actually the owner suddenly told that our reserved room had problem. They took us to another hotel. And service was so bad. It was so bad to be there. I was with my child. They didn't provide us breakfast one day. Everything was really so bad

Персонал дружелюбный, спасибо.

Отель 1й день как открылся.
Первые 2 этажа были готовы, 3 и 4 этаж на стадии ремонта что немного не понравилось.
Кухня на крыше, завтраки честно говоря оставляют желать лучшего!!!
Надеюсь в дальнейшем исправляться.
Выбора завтрака не было, честно говоря Фаст фуд.
Ещё не были нормальной шумоизоляции окон, рано утром ужасно было слышно громофон с их утренней молитвой что будило и шум улицы также было слышно очень.
Вид из окна был на стройку, а в описании было на пирамиды.

ルーフトップからの景色

Cons:

壁がとても薄くて屋外の通行人や車の音、廊下にいる他のゲストの声がすべて聞こえてきます。毎日朝方3時ごろに隣の建物からアザーン（礼拝を呼ぶ音楽）が爆音で流れてきます。旅行で疲れてる中、このような騒音でぐっすり寝ることもできません。
部屋のシャワーは壊れていてスタッフに言っても直してもらえず、蛇口を使っての入浴でした。
また、違う日本人のゲストがオーバーブッキングをされていてトラブルにあっていました。（他の系列ホテルに連れていかれていました）
その他色々ありましたが、キリがないのでとりあえず日本人でこのレビューを見た方は予約しないことをお勧めします。

A hidden gem with breathtaking pyramid views
Pros:

Exceptional value for money. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and every room has a direct view of the pyramids, which is truly magical. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and served with an incredible view. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming—we honestly ended up becoming friends by the end of our stay. Once inside, the experience exceeded all expectations.

Cons:

The road leading to the hotel is bumpy and looks a bit sketchy, but this is quite common around many hotels in Egypt and not specific to this property.
