Dissapointed: money stolen from hotel room.
Pros:

Great place to unwind! Spacious, comfy, and super neat. It's a bit of a trek to the city centre, but transport's cheap so no biggie. Room's kitted out with AC, washing machine, iron - everything worked a treat. Plus, they gave us a personal safe and WiFi. Lovely environment, perfect for families and kids 😊

Warning: Money Stolen from Room 😔

I'm torn about my stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, location was about 40mins drive to the airport (but transport fare is cheap), and the hotel was neat and quiet. However, my experience was ruined when my money went missing from my room.

On the 4th day, I requested room service and left the room unattended. When I returned, the cleaner handed me 50 Egyptian pounds she'd found on the bed, but I didn't check the wardrobe where I'd stored my money. It wasn't until checkout the next day that I realised my envelope of US dollars was missing. There were two people in the room a man and the woman who handed the 50 pounds. The dollar notes was placed neatly in a green envelop of ramsden jewelry in the wardrobe.

Despite reporting it, no one seems to have seen anything. I'm really disappointed as I'm sure my money didn't just vanish. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, hence my low score.

La machine à cappuccino en libre service gratuitement 24/24 !

Cons:

L’appartement n’était pas propre. Le lit était fait mais les draps pas changé, tâchés avec des chèvres et des poils. La salle pas nettoyé, pas de papier toilette, un savon usagé sur le lavabo. J’ai dû demander le nettoyage le lendemain. J’ai réservé une activité, je devais payer en rentrant. À 18h45 je préviens que je suis rentrée, on toque à ma porte à 23h alors que je dormais pour me demander le règlement qui aurait pu attendre la veille. L’activité était à 20€, on m’a réclamé 30€. Le lendemain matin on m’a remboursé après avoir dû envoyer les photos du sites et d’activité similaires. Je demande le check-out à 11h15, on me dit être là dans moins de 30 minutes, au final j’ai attendu jusqu’à 12h20 en recevant un simple audio pour me dire de laisser la clé à la sécurité. C’est ma première mauvaise expérience de logement en Égypte. Avec un manque de considération certain. Le salon de coiffure, une pure escroquerie, 35€ pour deux tresses collées que j’ai défait la veille et que vous pouvez faire mieux en ville pour 10€. Le spa hors de prix, plus cher qu’en France pour une qualité vraiment inférieure.
