卫生还ok
定了金字塔景观房，半夜到达的时候提供了一个小小的房间，小小的窗户，窗外是脏脏的街道和对面的楼；问前台为什么不一致，他说是系统的错，他不知道，我定的房间已经被安排给别人了，只有这个。吵了半个小时无结果，还说两个房间没差价。凌晨三点了无心思吵了，退了几十埃镑结束了。
连早餐都是送到房间里，就是一栋楼里的小旅馆

Awful experience, dreadful smell at the entrance.
Noise all night, the pillows are not comfortable.
The receptionist, Abdullah and Hani fooled us. Abdullah charged us $125 to go on a boat for dinner, we found out other people paid $30 .
Hani charged us $190 to get a guide and a driver to take us for 4 touristic places, they only took us to 2 places. Abdullah promised money return, he never did. The $190 didn't include any of the attractions entry or any activities, they charged us again there. The guide asked us to pay another $60 for a camel ride, then the man who took us on the ride took $20.
Very misleading, very disappointing.
I never recommend this hotel
On the photos it shows pyramids view , in real life no view, only building blocks around you.
The staff was nice
The room was not as expected when I booked, the bathroom had a leak and all floor was continuously wet. There was no window nor balcony like in the picture. The building was very bad , the hotel was on floor 3 and the stairs to get to it were awful and dirty. Wifi was not working the first day and after it only worked at the reception.
Eine überaus tolle Erfahrung! Das Hotel ist ruhig und entspannend nach einem langen Tag, und alles war gut organisiert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allem geholfen, was wir brauchten.
The stay was excellent! The place is clean and quiet, and the location is close to all the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. Definitely will come back.

Skvelý pobyt s nádherným výhľadom na pyramídy. Izba bola veľmi čistá a pohodlná, personál bol milý, priateľský a vždy ochotný pomôcť. Výborná poloha, chutné raňajky a skvelý pomer ceny a kvality. Určite odporúčam.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y cubrían las necesidades básicas.
El hotel pertenece a un edificio donde en cada planta hay un hotel (o empresa) diferente, por lo que el hotel está sólo en la tercera planta. Las zonas de los hoteles sí están limpias, pero el resto de zonas comunes del edificio no se limpian en absoluto, es bastante normal mientras subes las escaleras ver tremendas bolas de polvo y suciedad.
La insonorización es prácticamente nula, de tal manera que si tienes sueño ligero este no es tu alojamiento, cualquier persona entrando en recepción en la noche puede despertarte y en cualquier momento puedes escuchar a la gente hablando fuera y también se escucha cualquier conversación que mantengas en la habitación desde fuera.
Personal bastante insistente en que compres un tour o en que dejes una reseña buena.
Las vistas de las pirámides no son como en la imagen que tienen aquí en Booking, ni punto de comparación, se ven sólo desde una esquina de la planta alta y mucho más lejos de lo que aparece en la imagen.
El desayuno tiene ciertas horas determinadas, normalmente a las 9, si lo pides un poco antes no suele haber problema, pero si tienes algún tour que salga temprano, entre 4 y 7, es probable que tengas que buscar desayuno por fuera del hotel. Si vas a conocer sólo el Cairo está bien, los tours suelen salir a las 8-8:30 y puedes pedir el desayuno antes, si tienes pensado hacer Tours de más horas que salgan antes te recomiendo buscar otro hotel, los hay que, independientemente de la hora, te sirven el desayuno para llevar.
New and comfortable
Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, kind staff, and a very relaxing stay. I felt safe and comfortable during my visit.

No internet. It's inside an office-like building, on the third floor and in a run down area with no shops near by.
Staff smoked inside.
À peine arrivé, le préposé nous force a acheter des excursions, on a refusé, il est venu plusieurs fois frappé à la porte pour encore essayé de nous vendre.
Tout, personnel peu serviable, salle de bain inondée, le petit déjeuner médiocre servi dans la chambre car pas de restaurant.
Situé dans un bâtiment pourri, partagé avec plusieurs petits hotels, au 3ème étage, Situé dans un quartier pourri. Aucune vue sur rien du tout, la chambre c’est une prison.
Pas de télécommande du décodeur.
Chambre moyennement propre.
Attention aux faux avis positifs. Escroquerie.
