Very good location, very clean and comfortable mattresses, good value for money, very good service in the reception by Kazem :)

Cons:

You can hear some sounds of the city like everywhere in Egypt that is not a Hotel or compound by the sea. Not more than expected :)

我们原本预订了两晚以上，但由于环境太差，希望只住两晚并退还最后一晚的费用。房东让我们先离开，并表示通过 WhatsApp 沟通处理。但之后房东完全不回复任何消息。

我们通过 Booking 平台联系房东，对方同样没有任何回应，沟通非常困难，维权也很难，完全没有信用。

另外，酒店游泳池的水有明显异味，卫生情况令人担忧。

强烈不推荐预订这家酒店。

Do NOT choose this hotel.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Even with the air conditioning on, mosquitoes are still everywhere. One of the doors in the room is broken and cannot be closed, which seriously affects the stay.

We originally booked more than two nights, but due to the poor conditions, we requested to stay only two nights and get a refund for the last night. The host asked us to leave first and said we could communicate via WhatsApp, but after that, he stopped responding completely.

We also tried to contact the host through Booking, but received no response at all. Communication is extremely difficult and there is no reliability.

In addition, the swimming pool smells very bad, which raises serious hygiene concerns.

Strongly NOT recommended.

هناك عدد كبير جداً من البعوض داخل الغرفة، وحتى مع تشغيل المكيف لا يزال البعوض موجوداً. كما أن أحد الأبواب في الغرفة مكسور ولا يمكن إغلاقه، مما يؤثر بشكل كبير على الإقامة.

قمنا بحجز أكثر من ليلتين، ولكن بسبب سوء الظروف طلبنا الإقامة ليلتين فقط واسترداد قيمة الليلة الأخيرة. طلب منا المالك المغادرة أولاً والتواصل عبر واتساب، لكنه بعد ذلك لم يرد على أي رسائل.

حاولنا أيضاً التواصل معه عبر موقع Booking، لكنه لم يرد إطلاقاً. التواصل صعب جداً ولا يوجد أي مصداقية.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، رائحة مياه المسبح كريهة جداً، مما يثير القلق بشأن النظافة.

该房东存在明显的不诚信行为，沟通完全中断，严重影响客户权益。

因此我正式请求平台介入，协助处理退款，并对该房源进行调查。

O adresă bună,cu oameni superbi.

Pros:

Totul a fost perfect.Conditiile pe care le-a oferit apartamentul au fost excelente.Apartamemtul este foarte curat,foarte spațios,dotat cu o chicinetă care poate fi de folos celor care vor să gateasca.Patul a fost foarte confortabil.Exista și o mașină de spălat rufe.Locatia este foarte bună,cu multe magazine și restaurante în apropiere.Este foarte aproape de aeroport.
Am lăsat ce era mai bun la final.Doresc să îi multumesc în mod special lui Kazem pentru amabilitatea de care a dat dovadă și pentru faptul că ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi și că a fost mereu alături de noi.Am câștigat un prieten în Hurgada.Daca aveti nevoie de sfaturi,nu ezitați să apelați la Kazem,el este mereu disponibil și săritor.
