Unfortunately found hair all over the bed, particularly over the pillows. I put a towel over the pillow for the night. Also lots of hair in the shower drain. Light fixture was hanging off the wall - wires were exposed. Room was muggy - even after airing out, the mugginess comes back. When turning on shower, orange water spurted out for the first 10 seconds - this happened for the cold water and then again for the hot. Toilet roll holder was on the floor - had fallen off the wall. Room looked different to what was pictured.

Our experience was terrible. The room seemed bigger in the pictures, and in person it looked more like a storage room than a place that people should sleep in. When we entered we immediately noticed how humid the room was, which made it smell bad. The lack of proper ventilation and windows makes the humidity even worse and the only way to get rid of it is by tuning in the air condition, which turns off when you leave, so the room is always humid when you get back. ON TOP OF THAT, there was noticeable mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was also mold developed on the sheets. The walls were dirty, there was a lack of basic utilities (e.g chair, place to put hand-soap, only 2 hangers). Staff never came to clean the room (we were there for 3 nights, and were supplied with only 1 toilet paper and a second one upon request), but were very precise when it came to checking out. All of our towels, slippers, wet clothes remained wet throughout our stay because of the constant humidity and lack of a place to hang cloths to dry (which made the smell worse). INVEST IN A BETTER STAY.

Avevamo alte aspettative ma appena entrati ci siamo ritrovati in una camera molto più piccola e stretta rispetto a ciò che immaginavamo dalle foto. Perimetria del bagno inadatta infatti la porta sbatte sul lavandino, impedendo una giusta sicurezza. Questo però è il fattore meno importante per noi. Le lenzuola e le federe avevano macchie e peli per questo abbiamo messo i nostri teli sopra i cuscini evitando il contatto con la pelle. Per lavarci c'erano solo due boccette di sapone che in un giorno erano già finite. Nella doccia risaliva acqua senza andare giù e c'era evidente muffa sul tetto del bagno. Angoli pieni di polvere...insomma posto da dimenticare. L'unica cosa che ci ha salvato è stata la posizione centrale della città di fira.

No access to kitchen facilities like microwave, kettle, mug, spoon and plate.

My first interaction with the owner wasn’t great. He spoke to me in a condescending manner I didn’t appreciate that

Stanza piccola, umida

Είχαμε μια απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν γεμάτο μούχλα και υγρασία τόσο που ήταν αδύνατο να αναπνεύσεις ή να κοιμηθείς .

La prima stanza assegnata era orribile : angusta , senza finestra e evidenti segni di muffa. Odore di muffa insopportabile.
Su richiesta ci è stata subito cambiata la stanza. Decisamente meglio ma molto umida.

Pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur

Nessun aiuto da parte della struttura! Nessuna risposta! Scrivi e chiami come un imbecille e dichiarano addirittura che non ti presenti per non darti un 1€!

The room had a strong smell of mold, humidity and stale air. It felt unhealthy and very unpleasant from the first moment. Even other guests we met noticed the same issue.

The toilet seat was broken, there was no toilet paper when we arrived, no glasses or cups for water, and no hairdryer in the room until we asked for one.

The biggest issue was the air quality. Ventilating the room did not help. If you open the window, the air conditioning stops working, so we had no choice but to sleep in a room full of moldy, humid air.

After spending the night there with my family and children, I am genuinely worried about possible health consequences from breathing this air for so many hours.
