We booked superior double room, but on arrival we were directed to an inferior room. The staff, a person on whatsapp, as there was nobody at the location, didn't care to help. Booking.com also were not capable to help to resolve the issue. Also the bathroom tap was broken.
After few wasted hours on phone and messaging hotel stuff and booking.com, we decided to move out and book other hotel for that night.
Unpleasent experience.

Nos pusieron muchas objeciones para dejar el equipaje antes de hacer el Check in. Y cuando estuvo el dormitorio listo no nos dejaron quedarnos por no ser la hora. La habitación no tiene todos los servicios (Pava eléctrica) y tenía mucho olor a humedad.

Limpeza precária. Nunca havia chegado em um local para o banheiro estar cheirando tão mal. No lugar de ter um ralo, tinha um buraco aberto no banheiro, ao lado do vaso sanitário, que saia um cheiro horrível. Tive que deixar a porta do banheiro fechada para conseguir dormir com menos cheiro. Os lençóis de cama e a colcha tinham manchas de sujeira. O chuveiro não esquentava, tomei banho gelado de madrugada quando cheguei, e no outro dia amanheci resfriada. Fui andar pelo centro e procurar uma farmácia para comprar medicamentos. Quando voltei para fazer check-out me perdi nas ruas da cidade e acabei demorando um pouco para sair, mas não mais que 15 minutos, enquanto eu tirava minhas coisas do quarto, apareceu um homem, sem qualquer identificação de funcionário, que nem sequer deu bom dia, apenas disse que já eram 11 horas (hora do check-out) com semblante de bravo, falou comigo de forma rude, eu disse que me perdi nas ruas, mas já estava saindo. Ele saiu sem dizer nada, eu fiquei assustada. O dono ou administrador do local conversa pelo whatsapp, mas em algumas respostas é um pouco grosseiro, indica locais e se você simplesmente pergunta se é perto do local ele simplesmente manda você procurar no Google, ao invés de responder simplesmente sim ou não. Eu o informei que o chuveiro ficava frio, ele nem resposta deu, nem tentou ser gentil e ver o que estava acontecendo. A vista da janela é linda, ao nascer do sol.Esta é a única coisa boa desta hospedagem. Quando eu saí, na entrada da propriedade tinha algumas toalhas estendidas por ali, talvez lavem por ali mesmo, provavelmente, porque o cheiro das toalhas e lençóis indica que não foram bem limpos.

This place was extremely difficult to locate — it doesn’t appear on either Google Maps or Apple Maps. The only approximate location could be found through Booking.com, and even then there was no signage at all.The host was unresponsive, rude, and didn’t bother to show up for check-in. When we finally found the place, the room had an unbearable odor and there were dead bugs in what was supposed to be a “cleaned” room. Despite booking it for around €30, the host demanded an extra €50 just to check in three hours early.The entrance area had animal droppings right at the doorstep of what they called a “hotel.” The bathroom was moldy and smelled bad, with nowhere to place luggage or hang clothes. The bedding looked old and unclean.When we tried to contact the host again, he refused to answer our calls, leaving us stranded until 3 PM. At check-in time, he still wasn’t there — instead, he sent us self-check-in instructions. After wandering through narrow alleys, we finally located the room, only to find it completely uninhabitable.We requested a cancellation due to the unacceptable conditions, but it was declined. In the end, we had no choice but to find another hotel.

I'm sorry to say that it was possibly the worst stay of my life. It was cold, damp, dirty and smelly. The AC didn't work, the fridge was broken and the hot water was inconsistent

SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY. This accommodation does false advertising. The photos and location shown on Booking.com do not match the actual property or the room we were assigned, and we were never informed of any changes. Upon arriving in Fira at night, my sister and I discovered that our host, Ephrem, had moved us to a different room outside town, along an unsafe road, without any prior notice.
He refused to meet us or assist in any way, during our call, we could even hear people laughing in the background. He kept insisting that we request a refund through Booking.com (that was equally unhelpful) but here's the scam, the platform cannot process a refund without the host’s approval. As a result, we lost our money and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute.
This behaviour is unacceptable, and both the host and the property should be reported. Stay away!!

Unfortunately, it was: I'm not a picky person, but 1) the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room is excessive 2) no hot water after calling the owner, it came back after 1 hour 3) a torn toilet paper holder was lying on the shelf 🙈

Chambre non décente, sans fenêtre, c'était une cave. Il n'est pas légal de louer une telle chambre en Grèce. Le personnel est uniquement présent sur WhatsApp, il ne veut rien faire. J'ai signalé à Booking, sans résultat. Nous avons juste changé d'hôtel. L'argent est perdu. Mais j'insisterai pour que booking enlève cet établissement après mes vacances.

No hot water television didn’t work various items broken. No windows

The room where I stayed has no window and no ventilation, which makes it quite dumb. There were several power outages during the night and early morning that affected the whole area. There is no place to hang or put clothes, -but there is a small fridge. Also there was always some rubbish at the entrance, which didn’t look very nice.

I would like to mention an incident that made me feel uncomfortable. In the morning, I left the door slightly open to let some air in because of the humidity, and a man who appeared to be cleaning other rooms suddenly opened my door. Fortunately, I was organizing my things and wasn’t undressed. When I asked what he was doing, he just said “sorry” and left. This was quite inappropriate and made me feel unsafe, especially as a woman traveling alone. He should have known that the room was occupied and had no reason to enter. Moreover, my check-out was not until the following day, so there was no justification for his behavior.
