Nous avons passé un séjour formidable ! Le personnel était très serviable et a rendu notre voyage inoubliable. Les piscines sont grandes et toujours propres, et l’aquapark était très amusant. La nourriture était délicieuse, surtout le restaurant de fruits de mer qui était exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances réussies !
concerne la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée : elle n’était pas parfaitement propre et nous avons trouvé une tache sur une serviette. Cependant, le personnel a réagi immédiatement et a tout remplacé avec gentillesse et efficacité.
The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English very well, which made communication easy and pleasant. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the food was delicious — especially on the oriental and seafood days. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
no alcoholic beverages were included in the hotel’s all-inclusive package. They can be purchased separately, but it’s a shame — it would have been much nicer to enjoy a cold beer by the beach or after a good meal as part of the package.
