The stay was very comfortable, clean and spacious, the staff was great, they resolved any queries with priority. Also location was almost ideal for us. Shopping centre was walking distance. 10/10

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient to order food delivery nearby. There was also a very affordable supermarket close by, which was a nice bonus.

Il ZONES RESIDENCE MAADI di recente costruzione è situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale del Cairo. Praticamente sotto casa c’è un comodissimo supermercato ed un Centro commerciale raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
Le stanze sono tutte pulitissime, spaziose, gradevolmente arredate e sono dotate di ogni comfort e di angolo cottura. Molto professionale il servizio. Per qualunque richiesta la proprietà si attiva con grande sollecitudine, efficienza e sorprendente gentilezza.
Abbiamo soggiornato per una intera settimana e dovendo ritornare al Cairo sceglieremmo la stessa struttura.

My expectations were truly exceeded. Everything was really perfect. Whenever I had questions or problems, help was provided immediately. If I travel to Cairo again, I would definitely choose to stay at Zones Residence Maadi again. Everyone was very friendly.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel apartment
1. Exceptional Management
• The manager/owner, Mr. Meena, was extremely helpful and highly cooperative.
• From the first day until checkout, he personally checked in with us daily to ensure everything was comfortable.
• His attentiveness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay.
2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness
• Daily housekeeping was provided without any extra charge.
• The cleaning service was excellent and thorough.
• The kitchen, bedrooms, and overall property were very clean.
• The bathrooms were not clean and slippery initially, but once we informed them, the issue was resolved immediately and efficiently.
3. Prompt Maintenance & Service
• Any item that was not working or malfunctioned was replaced immediately.
• Requests were handled within 5–10 minutes.
• Service speed and responsiveness were better than most hotels we have stayed in.
• The promptness and efficiency were truly impressive.
4. Location & Accessibility
• The property is slightly away from the main city centre, but not remote.
• Taxis are easily available at any time of the day.
• Most places can be reached within 25–30 minutes by taxi.
• The area feels safe and well-connected.
5. Nearby Amenities
• Supermarkets and daily essentials are very close by.
• Carrefour is nearby.
• Large shopping malls are easily accessible.
• Fresh groceries like chicken, fish, and other cooking essentials are readily available.
6. Amenities & Facilities
• The house had all the amenities that were promised.
• Anything missing was arranged immediately upon request.
• Overall, the facilities were complete and well-maintained.

Del alojamiento me gustó todo, las camas las almohadas, la limpieza, la ubicación, y lo más importante el valor humano.
24 h de servicio, la seguridad muy buena, cerca del edificio exactamente saliendo a la izquierda en los bajos hay un mercadeo donde puedes encontrar todo lo escencial ya sea para prepararte un desayuno como para merendar.
Si deseas hacer compras a solo dos minutos caminando encuentras el careful lleno de tiendas y mercado y además un área para que jueguen los niños, restaurantes heladerías. Todo super cerca.
A 20 minutos del aeropuerto y de todos los lugares más céntricos.
En las habitaciones hay una pequeña cocina y un micro. Si ves que no hay utensilios para lo que desees prepararte no te preocupes solo basta con pedirlos y los tendrás por costo libre.
La verdad ha sido de mis experiencias más lindas en Cairo.
Mi habitación tenía balcón y puedes descansar disfrutar y ver la tranquilidad del barrio.
Supero mis expectativas y repetiría de nuevo.

The location was close to where I needed to be. Handy Carrefour and mall nearby.

The apartment was a very spacious studio that could comfortably sleep 4 people. Also had a large balcony.

Check in was very simple as we had already forwarded our ID. On arrival just a quick form to fill in then the concierge took us to our studio.

The main thing that impressed me was the attentiveness of the host via WhatsApp. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave helpful suggestions of where to go, local food delivery apps, even gave us a late checkout as we woke up a bit late and were rushing to leave on time.

I would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend them enough.

Last but not least it was great value for money!
