Malek Hotel

The whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The food was traditional Egyptian with a hint of Western. The whole staff, from the receptionist to those preparing the food, to housekeeping and the security staff, made you feel welcome at all times and could not do enough for you. I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone.

I truly enjoyed my stay and felt at home from the very beginning. The hotel is a lovely, cozy place with a warm atmosphere, excellent cleanliness and, above all, heartfelt hospitality. I’ve visited Egypt many times, but this was the first time I felt so comfortable and well looked after in this price category.

What really makes this place special, though, is the team. A huge thank you to Khaled, our host, for making me feel so welcome and for personally taking care of his guests. Nourhan at reception was exceptional, warm, friendly and highly attentive, often anticipating my wishes and taking care of things before I even had to ask. Asmaa from Food & Beverage prepared breakfast with real care and tailored it to individual preferences, while Haytham crafted coffee specialties at a genuinely professional barista level, which became one of the highlights of my stay. Sabah from Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.

I also really appreciated the pleasant mix of guests and the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything felt personal, easygoing and genuinely welcoming rather than impersonal or hectic.

Another detail that stayed with me was the hotel’s kind and caring attitude toward the local cats. They are allowed to stay in the outdoor areas, and the staff makes sure they have water, especially important in the extreme heat, as well as leftover food. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me it says a lot about the warmth and humanity of the place. 🐾

It was a very nice hotel . We stayed in the junior suite, it was spacious and clean and the receptionist asmaa was such a helpful and cheerful person

I really liked to staff they were all friendly and breakfast was decent

The hotel was clean throughout, with spacious, comfortable rooms and the most comfortable beds — we slept so well every night, which we really appreciated after full days exploring the desert and the GEM.
The reception, garden, and pool area felt luxurious. We spent many happy hours relaxing, swimming, playing pool, and dining in what felt like a private retreat. The food was delicious and beautifully presented — the menu had a wonderful range of options, my entire family found something we loved every single time, including my two teens. The fresh juices from the bar were delicious, and my children enjoyed many glasses!
The staff were so friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. I wish I could name each of them. Nasear spoke excellent English which made practical communication much easier, he was also a lot of fun. When we arrived back late in the night, they arranged late night snacks for us without a second thought. For arrival, our flight was delayed, and they moved our booking over by a day without any fuss at all.
The greatest gift Villa Malek gave me and my family was this: in the midst of the wonderful, vibrant hustle and bustle of Cairo and Giza, this hotel is a true oasis. Every morning and evening, we enjoyed the calm and complete peace, we could even hear the bird song — whilst being just a short drive from some of the world's most extraordinary wonders. There is something quite magical about that.
I will absolutely return. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very clean hotel

Very calm except for some airplanes. Great atmosphere. Very cosy. Spacious rooms.
But the best about the place was Asmaa Azeb! She is marvellous, friendly and competent. She was the reason in the end for us to stay directly. ❤️

Location and friendly staff treatment especially from Nasser, Asmaa the barista, and Mahmoud. They treated us like family since day one until the last moment.

La posizione è tranquilla in un quartiere molto bello. Le stanze sono grandi e luminose. Bello anche il giardino con la piscina.
Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Asmaa Azab, Mahmoud e Fatima.
