A place that makes their guests feel very comfortable and well looked after.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, I don’t think I have stayed in a place where the staff go above and beyond for their guests. It was really nice and on New Year’s Eve they gifted us a cake which was really kind.
Breakfast would come to your room if desired and overall it was just amazing - would definitely go back

Cons:

The breakfast could do with some variation it is quite bland however I am not complaining because the service was exceptional.

熱忱服務，總是面帶笑容，感覺很像回到家的感覺，游泳池乾淨但是天氣冷沒有去體驗。
只是偶爾有聽到馬達加壓的噪音，其他還好。早餐也是配合我們的需要做出調整不加價。
也感謝跨年夜還送給我們巧克力、草莓蛋糕。
謝謝Adel, Nader, 還有其他員工的協助，讓我們入住的四晚，感覺很輕鬆愉快。

Lovely staff and a great experience. A refaire
Pros:

Nous sommes agréablement surpris. L’emplacement, la propreté, tout était nickel.
Mais la chose la plus remarquable c’est l’equipe, surtout le directeur M. K. Karam. Il est très gentil et intervient à chaque fois qu’il y a un petit souci.

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être le petit déjeuner qui était moyen.

Malek Hotel is a gem if you are looking for a peaceful stay in Giza with a professional service. From the very arrival you can feel the difference. Hotel is beautiful and staff is kind. Nasir, the receptionist is one of the best people you will meet in Egypt - makes you feel at home while your travels. Our time in Malek Hotel was heavenly and we are grateful that we have found that hotel!
