The room is comfortable. Such a kids-friendly place.
The breakfast selection is variable.

The room was clean and specious, cleaned daily and had great vibes and energy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great and had variety of food, great coffee.
The location is somewhat far from the main areas of Chiang Mai. We appreciated the calmness of it, closeness to nature and quiet atmosphere. With that being said, it did make the rides a bit more complicated. We used a scooter for most of the time which was okay, but a bit long.

We travelled with our 9-month-old and had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The food was delicious and offered a great opportunity to experience local and regional Thai cuisine. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxed stay in a lovely setting, this is a fantastic choice.
It is nice in quite area of the city. Close to forest, air is cooler comparing to the city center. It has small pool, good for chilling and relaxing if you want to hang out in the hotel. There is free shuttle to city center, 3 times during the day. That is really nice of the hotel to have it as option considering it is a bit far from the city center. Food and drinks in hotel’s restaurant are pretty good but they close too early (@10PM). Overall, It is one of the best place for family with the kids or anybody who is looking for relaxation.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und offen. Babies sind sehr willkommen. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt, die Anlage ist wunderschön und strahlt eine Ruhe aus. Alles sauber. Shuttle 3x täglich und man kann Fahrräder ausleihen.
Es ist etwas außerhalb, allerdings kann man mit dem Shuttle 3x täglich zum Maya Einkaufszentrum und somit der One Nimman Road, was toll ist. Der Weg in die Stadt z.B. zum Night market ist unter der Woche von viel Verkehr geplagt, aber wir würden uns trotzdem jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Absolutely perfect stay!
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcome. Pretty close by grab to everything yet quiet enough to relax. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, and a very peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

13 verbeterpunten: de kluis staat los en kan in de muur of kast vastgemaakt worden.
Zwembad was een beetje koud, en bedjes bij het zwembad niet in de zon.
