Ett lyxigt hotell med mycket omtänksam personal.
Pros:

Nybyggt och snyggt hotell med mycket serviceinriktad personal. Våra önskemål tillgodosågs på alla sätt. En helt fantastisk frukostbuffé.

Cons:

Begränsad tillgång till hamam då den bokas för enskilda gäster och inte delas med flera. den omliggande miljön är är under uppbyggnad.

Great beat hotel
Pros:

Very well located hotel, great attention to details and very helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was great with a huge variety of Moroccan and international cuisine (loved mostly the Moroccan one);)

Fabuleux
Pros:

L’hôtel est juste magnifique, l’accueil était au top, le personnel au petit soins, surtout Khadija à la réception qui était au petit soin.
Le petit déjeuner est variable et frais.
Nous retournerons sans hésitation.
Les soirées sont animés par une chanteuse.
Les repas dans les chambres étaient aussi excellent.
La literie est neuve et confortable.

Rien à leurs reproche, ils étaient juste au top.

Wonderful hotel 🙌🏻
Pros:

This property is absolutely beautiful, worth every penny. I would not hesitate to book it. Kids club was great, staff were amazing, breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and it was probably the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, we absolutely loved it.

Cons:

The only reason I didn’t give 10/10 is because it annoys me when hotels, especially 5* hotels, have big sections of the hotel closed without disclosing that upon booking. I appreciate it was the off season, but one of the pools had no water in and was cordened off with ugly red tape, and the pool bar/restaurant was shut.

This isn’t about the hotel itself, but it is worth nothing that we were here in April and the weather was cool and subsequently pool freezing - so make sure you check your expected weather before booking as sadly weren’t able to enjoy the outside facilities because the weather was not good. I think we were just unlucky as a few days later it was up to nearly 30 degrees. I am sure this hotel is extra-amazing in peak season/end of summer season in the stunning weather.

If you come to this hotel expect to stay within the hotel - Tanger was the nicest part of Morocco we visited (we did a bit of a tour) but there isn’t much there/much there for visitors.
