Een fantastisch verblijf in Tanger!
Pros:

Wij hebben hier met ons gezin verbleven en vanaf het eerste moment genoten. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht, modern en ontzettend schoon. Het uitzicht over de zee is werkelijk adembenemend en maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder.
Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een speciale compliment voor Achraf bij de receptie. Hij heeft ons echt in de watten gelegd en ervoor gezorgd dat ons verblijf onvergetelijk werd. Zijn persoonlijke aandacht en service waren echt top!
Ook het ontbijt verdient een grote pluim. Er is een enorme variatie aan heerlijke gerechten en voor ieder wat wils. Een perfecte start van de dag.
Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een prachtig 5-sterrenhotel met uitstekende service in Tanger!

Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven
Pros:

Een schoon hotel dit is voor mij erg belangrijk.
Ik zag elke dag dat er medewerkers schoonmaken ook in de avond.
Stilte heerlijk
Mooi hotel..
De hamam behandeling was heerlijk,mijn man had de massage die was ook goed.

Cons:

De poolbar erg ver weg van het grote zwembad. En initiatief vanuit hun om langs te komen vragen of iemand iets wil eten of drinken was er niet.
De Spa:
De eenmalige gratis jacuzzi was aan de koude kant, en de sauna werd niet warm. Veel te luide muziek heb ik ook wat van gezegt.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay, but what truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality and, above all, the people working at this hotel.

A very special thank you to Yasmine, Jihane, Achraf and Nouhaila at reception. Each of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. They were consistently friendly, professional and attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile.

What stood out most was how personal their service felt. Whether it was helping me with a request, answering a question or simply greeting me when I passed through reception, they made me feel genuinely welcome rather than just another hotel guest. Yasmine, Jihane, Achraf and Nouhaila are a real credit to the hotel.

I also want to give special recognition to Fatima Ezzahra and Mohamed from the kitchen team. Their kindness, hospitality and positive energy added so much to my experience. Mohamed in particular is someone you simply remember — always welcoming, full of personality and, of course, instantly recognizable by his unique glasses! His warmth and positive attitude made every interaction enjoyable and added a genuinely human touch to my stay.

At the end of the day, a beautiful hotel is one thing, but it is the people who turn a stay into an experience worth remembering. Yasmine, Jihane, Achraf, Nouhaila, Fatima Ezzahra and Mohamed certainly did that for me.

Thank you all for making my stay special. I sincerely hope your dedication and hospitality receive the recognition they deserve. I would happily return!

Extension says it all
Pros:

I decided to extend my stay, and once again, the people here made the experience stand out.

A very special mention to Mohamed from the kitchen — the gentleman with the unmistakable glasses! He genuinely deserves recognition. What impressed me most is how effortlessly he remembers my m preferences, even without me having to repeat them. Beyond that, he is incredibly personable, socially intelligent and has a natural ability to connect with guests. His service feels personal rather than routine. Mohamed has a lot of potential, and with his attitude and people skills, I genuinely believe he has a very bright future ahead of him.

A big thank you as well to Khalid from security, an absolute top guy. Always professional, approachable and incredibly friendly. He brings a great energy while making you feel comfortable and welcome.

And of course, Fatima from housekeeping deserves recognition too. Always kind and attentive, and she consistently does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well taken care of.

Finally, another thank you to Yasmine, Jihane, Achraf and Nouhaila at reception for their continued kindness and hospitality.

Extending my stay was definitely made better by these wonderful people. Thank you all!

Un moment merveilleux et inoubliable
Pros:

Un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Nous tenons à remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Idou Malaba pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

La qualité du service est vraiment remarquable, les équipements sont excellents et tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. Une mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était tout simplement magnifique, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité.

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ. Une très belle expérience que nous garderons avec plaisir en souvenir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fueron muy majos el personal sobretodo Acharaf el recepcionista nos atendió muy bien y Yasmin también nos enseñó todas las instalaciones antes de instalarnos.
En el desayuno yo soy alérgica a los productos lácteos y mounir siempre estuve muy atento de que tuviera mi café con leche almendras gracias a todos

Al quilamos una pista de pádel y no pudimos jugar porque como había mucho viento la pelota se desviaba entonces fue una pérdida de dinero como de tiempo

Pros:

La localisation est très pratique, à proximité de Tanger. L’établissement est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu, avec une belle chambre agréable et bien équipée.

La salle de fitness est également un vrai plus, avec suffisamment de machines pour un entraînement complet. La grande piscine offre une magnifique vue sur la mer et constitue un espace très agréable pour se détendre.

Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la restauration, avec des plats excellents, variés et de qualité.

Enfin, un grand merci à Youssef, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin du séjour. Toujours disponible, souriant et attentionné, il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus durant notre séjour :

1. La chambre : à notre arrivée, nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking. Pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits en bord de mer, ce n’était pas idéal et nous avons dû payer un supplément pour bénéficier d’une meilleure vue. Nous avons également regretté l’absence de balcon dans la chambre.

2. Le fitness : l’espace est bien équipé, mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, un meuble était cassé et il n’y avait ni serviettes ni bouteilles d’eau à disposition.

3. Le service piscine : la présence du maître-nageur n’était pas constante, ce qui soulève une question de sécurité. Le service était également très lent, avec parfois plus de 30 minutes d’attente, et il fallait souvent aller chercher le personnel nous-mêmes pour être servi.

4. La facturation : après avoir réglé notre facture et quitté l’hôtel, nous avons été recontactés pour nous informer d’une erreur de facturation. Cette situation était particulièrement désagréable, car l’erreur ne venait pas de nous.

5. Le service client : c’est malheureusement le point qui nous a le plus déçus. Nous avons rencontré à la fois des personnes très professionnelles et d’autres beaucoup moins qualifiées. Lorsque nous signalions certains problèmes, les remarques n’étaient pas toujours prises en compte : aucune excuse, peu de solutions proposées et parfois même une tendance à rejeter la responsabilité sur les managers, sans réelle volonté de faire remonter les problèmes.

En résumé : nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable et l’hôtel possède de nombreux atouts, mais ces différents manquements au niveau du service et de l’organisation nous empêchent de lui attribuer une meilleure note.
