San Nectar Luxury Villas

Ottima villa, situata in un ambiente sereno, pulito e lontano dalla folla, la vista sul mare era magnifica.
Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
La casa era dotata di qualsiasi comfort (utensili da cucina, ciabatte, accappatoi, teli mare ecc…)
La piscina e le sdraio esterne stupende!
Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce. Willa bardzo klimatyczna, położona w spokojnej okolicy Vourvoulous, z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Idealna dla osób szukających relaksu z dala od zgiełku. Komfortowe wnętrza i prywatność tworzą idealne warunki do wypoczynku. Szczególne podziękowania należą się Angelo, który zadbał o każdy detal naszego pobytu i był zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!

Sehr schöne Villas mit toller Ausstattung! Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Villas sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Der Pool war der Hit bei den Kindern, tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage am Meer und die Option Frühstück zu bestellen war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und für uns immer erreichbar! Eine großartige Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und eine klare Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

A stunning villa—spotless, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the beach. The team was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool was maintained every day, and the neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently close to both Fira and Oia. Truly an amazing place to stay, highly recommended!

The location was fantastic – peaceful and serene, perfectly situated between Oia and Fira. The view of the sea, both at sunrise and sunset, was simply breathtaking. At night, we could hear the sound of the waves, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The private pools were beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The villas are luxurious, exactly as shown in the photos, and fully equipped with everything you might need.
The staff and owners were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with genuine kindness. Breakfast arrived right on time – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
We highly recommend San Nectar Luxury Villas! When we return to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

We had the most incredible time at San Nectar Luxury Villas! The location is just perfect — so close to all the lively and beautiful places in Santorini, yet peaceful and quiet, like a hidden little paradise. The view of the sea is simply magical, especially at sunrise and sunset — we couldn’t stop taking photos! 🌅

Our villa was spotless, super comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The private pool area was dreamy, we spent hours just relaxing there, listening to the sea and enjoying the calm. Breakfast was delicious every morning, fresh and beautifully prepared.

What really made our stay unforgettable was the kindness of the staff , always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made us feel so welcome from the very first moment.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Highly recommended — and one thing’s for sure: we’ll definitely be back! 💙

Majestic villas away from the noise of town,but close enough so you won't thinking the distance to go to the beach, Oia center, etc.
The villas are the perfect combination of traditional and luxury, from now on, Nectar will be my first choice every time I visit Santorini

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εκπληκτική, με τον ιδιοκτήτη υπήρχε πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και ο χωρος πεντακάθαρος. Ανυπομονώ να επισκεφθω ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα του χρόνου!

Dès notre arrivée, Ioanna nous a très bien accueilli ☺️, très souriante, très gentille, elle nous a recommandé des endroits à visiter et à toujours été disponible pour nous, encore merci à elle ! 🥰
Concernant la villa, elle est au top avec vu sur Mer. L’endroit est tellement mais tellement calme! L’emplacement est idéale si vous avez une voiture, vous êtes proche de tout !
Je recommande x100 la villa, et surtout Ioanna qui est le pilier de ce beau domaine !

What a truly wonderful place to stay!

The accommodation is located on the quiet East Coast of Santorini, away from the cruise ship crowds, offering only the soothing sound of the sea at night.

These dreamy houses are perfect for couples or anyone seeking peace and relaxation away from the busy parts of the island, yet still wanting to explore all the famous sights by a short car ride. Each unit has two floors, both featuring sea-facing balconies that offer a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged.

On top of that, the hosts were absolutely lovely! Alexis and Ioanna gave us a genuinely warm welcome, were always available when we had questions, and found a creative solution when we had a little issue. (Sorry again!)

Highly recommended. We hope to come back one day.

Un séjour parfait !
Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans la villa Luxury. Tout était absolument irréprochable : la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes, leur réactivité et leur souci du détail ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Le logement est magnifique, très bien entretenu, décoré avec goût et doté de tout le confort nécessaire. Nous ne manquions de rien !
L’environnement est paisible, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et reviendrons sans hésiter ! 💯
