Dobra lokacija. Lak dogovor.

Cons:

Mora se poraditi na cistoci sobe. Dlake od predhodnog gosta po wc-u i sobi su zaista neprihvatljive za bilo koju cenu sobe. Takodje kupatilo nije lepo ocisceno.

Προσοχή, υπάρχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα συννενόησης με το άτομο που διαχειρίζεται την κράτηση.
Pros:

Οικοδομή στην πιο σύγχρονη περιοχή του Βελιγραδίου πολύ κοντά στο σύγχρονο εμπορικό κέντρο Γκαλερια, υπόγειο άνετο γκαράζ, ρεσεψιόν στην οικοδομή με άτομο στην υποδοχή και άψογη συμπεριφορά.

Cons:

Η πρώτη εικόνα που αντίκρισα μπαίνοντας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν ότι κάποιος είχε ξαπλώσει στο κρεβάτι ήδη.
Άσχημη μυρωδιά στο κατάλυμα.
Τρίχες και σκόνη στην ντουλάπα.
Βραστηρας με μαύρη επίστρωση στο εσωτερικό και μυρωδιά καμένου γάλα.
Άτακτα τοποθετημένα κοινό σκεπάσματα στην ντουλάπα.
Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από το άτομο που διαχειρίζεται την επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής η οποία διακόπηκε.

Die Lage ist top

Cons:

Der Warmwasserboiler geht schnell leer, wenn 4 Personen duschen.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gefunden, die Dame unten wusste es leider auch nicht.
Dafür waren wir gleich bei uns im Baguette und co und der ist sehr lecker.

Don't fall for the fancy building. Facilities are terrible!
Pros:

The location was great. It was next to the waterfront Christmas market. The view from the 6th floor was nice. I would not recommend it to anyone though.

Cons:

The list is very long! Host informed us about the parking slot for our car but it was occupied, so, he suggested us to park to the next slot. The next morning, the parking manager knocked on our door and told us that the owner of that parking lot (where we parked) was angry and willing to call police. I told him that our host suggested that's why we parked. Anyways, we ran to move the car to the original slot which was told by the host. Meanwhile I gave our host's contact number to the parking manager. I don't know what the communication was.

The next morning we found a red paper on the car's window asking to move the car with a warning to call police though we were at the right slot! So, the host should improve the communication and customer support.

The facilities at the apartment were horrible! We (couple) stayed 3 nights with only one glass and one cup and a few plates. That's all! This should not be an apartment!

Information about the hot water was not given to us. We realised when it was running out.

The bathroom was very sticky!

The kitchen didn't have an exhaust fan! How I could cook in a studio apartment without this!
