Worth the money you pay. Would stay her again.
Pros:

Easy to find, clean, and the location is perfect. The shower is okay, but still overall a good experience. Would improve the cleaning of showers with better water pressure.

Cons:

For a one to 2 night stay, the bed is comfortable, but for any longer don't think it is worth it. In comparison to staying in this style of room and bed in Japan, the mattress upgrade could use an improvement. Still best value for your buck for solo travel.

Pros:

The price was good. It was a cool idea.

Cons:

I wish there was a lil air flow into the pod.

The stay overall is still 10/10 for me since I’m a hard sleeper!🤗
Pros:

The best part about this property is the staff. They really do make sure all your needs/requests are met. I would include names but it’s not just one staff member it’s All of them. From night-time to daytime everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I’ll speak for the men: sometimes there are individuals that don’t adhere to the rules such as talking on your phone while in the pod. Men’s voices are deep so they echo and you can hear it inside the pods so please go outside and go in the lounge which has comfy couches and talk out there. Be respectful of those around you.

Location great, BUT health hazard with mold!
Pros:

Location is great. Staff were nice and understanding. The fire alarm had gone off at 2:30am and Brian was handling the situation well.

Cons:

The ceiling was absolutely covered in mold. I walked into the premium pod room (4 single pods) and it smelled off. I noticed they had an air purifier in the room and then a few minutes later I saw the ceiling and it was covered with mold from the AC vent. With this being a potential health hazard I left and did not stay. The manager, Brian, was nice and said he would refund me, but they must know this is happening. It’s unacceptable! The pictures just show the worst ceiling square - it was only almost every ceiling square.

Very awful experience. A Japan style hostel without any Japan level service
Pros:

Location is good. Yet 14 floor is not convenient for the beach

Cons:

They charging everything. Storage of luggage takes 10 dollars for each case. And they got only one washing machine and need a reservation to use. Of course you won’t be available the day you arrived……and the facility says they have Sauna…..still charged for use. They charge everything and the room fee included nothing.

Good
Pros:

The price

Cons:

The door is confusing. You should include instruction how to open or close. Or how to lock

Safety and comfort are the best reasons I return. The staff change bedding every other day! Please tip them if possible
Pros:

What I like most is the affordable and flexibility with booking & staying. The average cost for 7 days is $540 depending on early or late booking as I noticed the prices are higher if you book within 2-3 days as opposed to a week or more in advance.
The laundry machine is top tier and washes/dries all in the same machine! You can put your chlothes in and add soap/softener and come back in 1.5hrs. No need to stand there. The facility overall is very Safe! No stealing, never had an issue nor have I heard of any which is a plus and the facility is locked so you need a personal code to get in to any door:)

Cons:

Sharing a space with 10 men (if fully booked) has its challenges where it’s possible that noise is made by rude people and can awaken you but it is quiet 99% of time such as nighttime. I am sometimes busy with work overnight and I sleep during the day which can pose a challenge.

This place is affordable and comfy and it can be overbooked for their first class rooms which are usually already booked
Pros:

Washing machine (state of the art), snack machine, free lockers for storing, clean 🚽, sauna, beach across street, many good food places downstairs, best part was the plush Duvet covers that go on every 🛏️! So comfy!

Cons:

There’s not much to NOT like 👍

Unsecured luggage area, dirty room, find another place
Pros:

Location and shower and restroom facilities were all solid, as was the common area.

Cons:

I think this is the only hotel or hostel I’ve ever left mid stay. Two reasons. Number one: their “lockers” do NOT lock. They’re IKEA quality. They actually gave me a locker and I pulled it open accidentally and someone else’s stuff was already in it. I didn’t even need a combination to do this. Neither did the Security cabinet in my room have a lock on it. Number two: my room was not adequately cleaned. There was stubbly gray hair in my “business class” room. For these reasons, I left after a terrible night sleep on a hard mattress. The desk service staff apologized and assured me that I would be getting a refund for the those other nights though I offered to pay for the night that I did stay. It has not been refunded yet.
