Old hotel needs updating and proper cleaning
Pros:

The staff and especially the doormen were extremely nice and helpful. The location was not far from most places, needs a taxi but there’s some nice cafes around it. The kitchen staff were also very nice the issue is with the hotel although their staff were super accomodating.

Cons:

The hotel felt a bit deserted there was cigarette smell everywhere. We were told there would be filming for a show near our room and to advise if we had any issues the filming was for the whole day although we were ok as we were going to be out all day when we returned the crew was still there and smoking in the hallways. The smell came to the rooms. The lifts the hallways everywhere reeked of cigarette smoke, we had requested a no smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes too not sure if the smell was coming from the ducts.

Freundliches und professionelles Personal, sehr gute Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, leckeres Frühstück mit aufmerksamem K
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell, besonders Frau Samah im Management sowie Herr Kazem im Serviceteam. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück lecker und der Koch äußerst nett. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal und ermöglicht eine einfache Erreichbarkeit vieler wichtiger Orte in der Stadt.

Cons:

Gelegentlich gab es unerklärlichen Lärm, dessen Ursache nicht klar war. In der Silvesternacht wurde der starke Anstieg der Besucherzahlen, insbesondere bei der Nutzung der Aufzüge und Sanitärbereiche, organisatorisch nicht optimal gehandhabt. Zudem wurde angegeben, dass Parkplätze dem Hotel zur Verfügung stehen, in der Praxis kam es jedoch vor, dass externe Personen ohne offizielle Berechtigung zusätzliche Gebühren für das Parken verlangten.
