Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, man hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.
They know nothing about housekeeping, and if you ask them for something, it will arrive after two hours and after you've called them four times.

Cleanliness, rooms were requested to be cleaned but they weren’t.
朝食を食べるルーフトップからピラミッドが美しく見える。
優しいスタッフもいる。
全体的に汚い。掃除の人を見かけなかったので手抜きが多そう。
チェックインがスムーズにいかない。スイートルーム予約してたのに普通の部屋に案内された。その後間違いだったことに気づいたみたいでスイートルームに案内してもらったがベッドは茶色いシミのようなものがあったり白アリ？もいた。
シャワーの出し方が分からず、下の蛇口？で体を洗った。
何より怖かったのが、部屋に案内された際、若い男性のスタッフがぴったり引っ付く距離に来て、胸をさわられた。
（私、女性1人の宿泊でした）
その他のスタッフは何か困ってることない？とか聞いてくれたり優しい人もいたが…

早餐丰盛，餐厅可以看到金字塔，员工都很友善积极帮忙处理问题。
床单被烟头烫了个洞，睡着有点膈应。旁边有个清真寺，凌晨4点就有诵经的声音很大。
Maybe the location
The staff is not organized. I asked them to change the date of my reservation and got a message from them that they will. On the day of arrival, nobody at the counter seems to know the change and eventually made us wait for about half an hour. A sprite spilled from the fridge and I asked the staff to help clean it because it is all sticky. It was not even me who spilled it. It was like that when I entered the room. But no one came until the next day which was a day for us to check out. When we check out, the receptionist even told us to pay for the hair dryer because we broke it and that was total nonsense because we did not use it. The hotel is good and the breakfast was good too. But I think you need to work on your staff members.

Cheap hotel. Decent cleaniness in the room. You get a direct view on the pyramids through the rooftop.
Bed are not comfortable. Breakfast was 0/10 . No tooth brushes in the bathroom. Terrible wifi.
While you do get a view on the pyramids, I highly recommend to book your hotel far from Giza. Giza is so chaotic and old. You can stay in Cairo in some nice hotel and just take a taxi or tour bus to see the pyramids.

The pictures were deceiving it was in a ghetto area and most appliances were not working no phone no tv and no WiFi, I had to request services through mobile, the shower is clogged and the water overflows in each shower
