El personal FEMENINO es la fortaleza de este hotel: DOA, Fadya, Rahma y Shrouk muchas gracias, me hicieron sentir cómoda y muy bien atendida❤️.
No puedo decir lo mismo de algunos varones. Mi estancia había sido bastante agradable hasta el momento del check out, y tuve una percepción bastante buena todos los días hasta que el día de irme llegó. Tenía un vuelo internacional, mi chofer me estaba esperando afuera del hotel y el hombre que en ese momento estaba en recepción insistió en que tenía que revisar la habitación, con un tono bastante grosero sinceramente. Fue muy mal educado y pude perder mi taxi al aeropuerto. Lamentablemente eso arruinó bastante la experiencia. Por suerte mi chofer tuvo la amabilidad de esperarme. Entiendo que puede ser política de la empresa, pero no tiene justificación la forma en la que ese hombre me habló, ojalá lo saquen porque arruina al resto del staff.
Además, había dejado tips para el equipo de housekeeping y lo vi guardándose el dinero que había dejado para la gente de limpieza. Lo encontré muy feo.

Pedí servicio de lavandería y me tiñeron un pantalón, quedó inutilizable.

The Merak Pyramids hotel is more than fantastic. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is new and well-maintained. It is most likely one of the best hotels in Giza.
The rooftop and restaurant offer breathtaking views.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had a phenomenal view of the pyramids.
Breakfast was great: a varied and substantial meal.
The entire team was helpful and thoughtful. A big thank you to Mokhtar and Doua! They arranged everything and took great care of us. God bless you!

Pekný nový hotel s príjemným personálom, dobrým ubytovaním aj stravou v blízkosti pamiatok.
Pros:

Lokalita super vzhľadom na blízkosť k GEM a pyramídam. Hotel je pekný a nový, v starej a ošarpanej časti Gízy, takže výhľad na opačnú stranu pyramíd je biedny a žalostný. Je trochu zastrčený v uličke z hlavnej cesty, preto ho prvý šofér nevedel nájsť, nie je výrazne označený na hlavnej ceste. Izby aj postele sú veľké, vankúše a paplóny pohodlné. Raňajky štandardný výber, chutné. Zariadenie ako na fotkách. Výhľad na pyramídy z terasy krásny, presne ako na fotkách. Výťah funguje. Personál príjemný a ústretový, snažia sa, aby boli zákazníci spokojní. Doa sa stále zaujímala, či nebol s niečím problém. V našom čase bola reštaurácia poloprázdna ráno aj večer. Na večeru sme si objednali 4 pizze, urobili ich úplne čerstvé a boli vynikajúce, hlavne hubová, ale čakali sme ale na nich viac ako hodinu.

Cons:

Matrac dosť tvrdý, ale po celodennom chodení sme sa vyspali. Hluk z hlavnej ulice (trúbenie áut) ale aj z neďalekej mešity (od 5 hod. ráno), ale je to bežná súčasť života miestnych obyvateľov a pre nás Európanov autentický a zaujímavý zážitok. Sprchy majú len fixnú veľkú sprchovaciu hlavicu, z ktorej v malej sprche strieka voda až do kúpelne. V druhej izbe bola sprcha vačšia a tento problém tam nebol ( mali sme 2 izby na 3. poschodí C4 a C5). Wifi bolo premenlivé - prvé dni bol signál len na chodbe, ďalšie dni striedavo aj v izbách. Personál nám vysvetlil, že to nie je chyba hotela. Mali sme vopred súkromne dohodnutý odvoz s česky hovoriacim sprievodcom, čo veľmi odporúčam - je to efektívnejšie a bezpečnejšie, nestratíte čas a vyhnete sa potenciálnym problémom. Hlavne jazda na aute v Káhire je riadny adrenalín, funguje iba trúbenie, žiadne značky, mimo velkého centra ani žiadne semafory, či prilby na motorkách, úzke pruhy... veľa áut je starých a obitých z častých dopravných kolízií, preto je dôležité mať spoľahlivého vodiča. Vstupenky je lepšie kúpiť vopred online, vyhnete sa radom aj sprepitnému, bez ktorého vám ani neuznajú ISIC karty pre študentov. Plavba po Níle bola tiež super. Do GEM múzea radšej skôr a najprv pozrieť Tutanchamóna, potom je veľa ľudí a dlhý rad na fotenie sa s jeho zlatou maskou. V GEM odporúčam otvorený bufet na opačnej strane vchodu, za prijateľnú cenu tam majú veľký výber chutných jedál medzinárodnej kuchyne ako aj super dezertov bez čakania na miesto alebo rezerváciu. Všetky uvedené nepodstatné nedostatky ale vyvážia neskutočne krásne pamiatky, ktoré nikde inde neuvidíte. Takže s troškou adrenalínu to pre nás bolo jedno krásne dobrodružstvo.

La vue sur les pyramides, le personnel accueillant ex : Doha :)

Cons:

La localisation sur booking montre que c’est aux pieds des pyramides donc on a mis cette adresse puis quand on a été voir sur Google c’était une autre adresse que celle du site. L’hôtel était en fait à 3km des pyramides mais c’est donc à 20 minutes à pieds et une belle vue ! Juste corriger cela sur le site car on a dû payer 2 taxis.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the view was great

Cons:

The WiFi signal was terrible,there was much noise from the mosque that is really close to the hotel,one day we didn’t have hot water in the room (fortunately we were a big company with two rooms) and at the same date they brought us just one body towel for 4 people,we asked them three times for more and after 3 times we managed to get at least 3 body towels!another day there was no electricity for around an hour,we were just waiting in the dark in our rooms!

Cons:

Les haut-parleurs des mosquées juste à côté de l'hôtel et l'insonorisation qui est très faible fait que vous êtes réveillés régulièrement par la prière la nuit.

I stayed at Pyramids Hotel in Giza, and the location was fantastic. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the old entrance of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which was very convenient. There are also several nice restaurants nearby.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options — almost too many to try everything! It was really impressive.

Cons:

The only small downside was the falafel, which was stored in containers and became a bit soggy. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I had a great stay.
