The property looked fairly new and kept up well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Big screen TVs.

A piscina nao estava muito limpa.

Falta de presión y agua caliente todos los días tenías que andar buscando al responsable ya que nunca contesto el teléfono.
El último día de mi estancia NO hicieron limpieza ni cambio de ropa de cama tampoco dejaron toallas ni papel higiénico regrese a las 23:00 horas y no hubo nadie responsable para atender está situación

No hot water, water pressure was bad, couldn’t shower

The staff were lovely and the rooms and the majority of the facilities were excellent. HOWEVER…

Cons:

The water pressure in room 203 was abysmal, so much so, you couldn’t shower. In addition to that, there was no hot water at all and the amount of water that came out when set to warm/hot was the equivalent or less than that of a watering can. It was very disappointing given how nice everything else is.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in Zetrumslage
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Cancun. Das Hotel ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Nacht braucht. Es war reichlich Platz. Der Pool war sehr schön sauber und das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Die Innenstadt konnte man mit 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erkunden und Lokalitäten besuchen.

Cons:

Optimierungsbedürftig wäre ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Man hat eine Riesen Küche, die toll ausgestattet ist, aber keinen Kühlschrank. Das fanden wir etwas komisch, aber für eine Nacht super!

I had a great stay at Hotel 28! Francesco and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. We even got some recommendations and hookups for nightlife.

The pool area was an added bonus. The location is also a big plus, as it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything you need.
Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely come back! Gracias!
