Prima nieuw hotel met goed zwembad voor kort verblijf op weg naar andere bestemming.

Ontbijt was niet bijzonder, brood, jam, gebakken ei, fruit en koffie.

Cons:

Locatie was vlakbij de lokale souvenirs markt, maar ver van het centrum en / of strand. Prima voor een nachtje om van en naar het vliegveld van Cancun te gaan of te komen.

Wir haben nicht übernachtet und sind auf eigene Kosten in ein anders Hotel umgezogen, da die Zimmer dreckig sind.
Cons:

Leider haben wir bei der Ankunft ein dreckiges Zimmer vorgefunden. Auf den weißen Fliesen waren überall dunkle Haare zu sehen (zum Teil gabze Büschel). Nachdem wir 2 weitere Zimmer angeboten bekommen haben, die nicht sauber waren, sind wir auf eigene Kosten in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen. Der Mann an der Rezeption hatte wenig Verständnis. Am Ende sind wir auf den Kosten für die Nacht als auch auf der Tourismuspauschale sitzen geblieben, die uns auch nicht mehr erstattet wurde.
Die versprochene Erstattung über Booking kam auch nicht wie vom Mann an der Rezeption angegeben.

Ich würde diese Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Me arrepiento por no haber llegado directo a hospedarnos en este hotel; sólo estuvimos una noche.
Pros:

No desayunamos en el hotel. La ubicación está muy bien.

Cons:

Por poner algo; diría que los lavamanos están demasiado altos; se lo comenté al encargado, dijo que lo mejorarían.

Muito bom o hotel, a única sugestão que eu dou é de colocarem mais uma panelinha na cozinha e retirar as coisas da geladeira, pois precisei muito da geladeira e eu já peguei esse quarto porque estava com um bebezinho e precisava armazenar os alimentos e mamadeira do meu bebê . Na hora de usar a geladeira, José disse que tinha que destravar com uma chave e deixar um caução de 500 pesos. A gente não queria nada do que tinha dentro, retiramos os produtos da geladeira e não deixamos o calção. José olhou com cara feia para nós, é interessante rever essa política da geladeira. No demais o hotel nos atendeu super bem!

Nice modern hotel
Pros:

Rooms were new and modern. Aircon was great. Kitchen was basic but usable. Staff on check in were great

Cons:

Unable to use the fridge as it was a chargeable mini fridge. Shame you can’t use it to put drinks in to Cool down. Pool is right outside the rooms. Not much privacy if you had the blinds up during the day. Reception isn’t always open and hard to find staff if you want to check out early. Hotel is on a main road so very noisy all the time.
