Pros:

The location is fantastic—walking distance to ADO, Parque Las Palapas, and Mercado 23! Mercado 28 is right across from the hotel, and a convenience store and laundry are super close. The room is actually a small apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room. The beds are huge and super comfortable! Everything is brand new, clean, and works perfectly!

Cons:

Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο η τουαλέτα ήταν βρόμικη με ακαθαρσίες και δεν είχε καθαριστεί. Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο στο οποίο χάλασε το καζανάκι και δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό. Μείναμε ένα μόνο βράδυ

The facility is new, super clean, very spacious. Excellent value for money.

New, super clean and very spacious. Right by Mercado 28 where you can buy the cheapest souvenirs. Will definitely come back again.

Cons:

When I took shower at 10:30pm, the hot water run out. My family took shower around 6 pm and had no issues.

Hôtel exceptionnel très bien situé
Pros:

Appartement immense, très propre avec des lits gigantesques et de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est un vrai plus.
Très bien situé, juste en face du Mercado 28. Personnel adorable.

Agréable séjour à Cancun: hôtel bien placé et bien équipé
Pros:

Joli petit appartement refait à neuf avec sa cuisine. Hôtel bien placé en centre-ville de Cancun, à 15 mn à pied de la gare routière des bus ADO. Pratique quand on arrive via le bus ADO de l’aéroport de Cancun. Personnel très agréable. Petite piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir.

Cons:

Une bouilloire aurait été un plus. Ainsi qu’une casserole dans la cuisine.

Pros:

Grote bedden. Ruime kamers. Complete keuken. Goede airco.

Cons:

Alleen de wastafel is wat klein en erg hoog. Zelfs voor ons als Nederlanders. Hij zit buiten de badkamer. De badkamer is ook erg klein.

Cons:

Emplacement en bordure de route. Nuisances sonores de la route avec les fenêtres des chambres qui donnent dessus.
Nous aurions apprécié une autre vue.
Il y avait des travaux ds la rue jusque tard le soir.
