Friendly, Clean & Accommodating.
Pros:

The location is perfect for the solo adventure type of person. It’s a short walk to the night markets or the old city. The river beside you offers you a gorgeous spot to walk/run at your convenience. The staff is very accommodating and they go above and beyond to help. The property is cleaned daily and worth every penny. Would definitely stay here my next time in Chiang Mai.

Pros:

The smoking area outside the hotel is lovely; I love the bench. The air conditioning was good, as was the cleaning service. Every day, two bottles of water were provided. Bathroom was nice.
Great location from the hotel.

Cons:

4th floor, no elevator.

Hotel near Nawarat Bridge
Pros:

Good Location. Near market, surrounded by restaurant. Room is very comfortable. Staff is super good.

Cons:

It's maybe noisey due to it's next to main road. No elevator if you carry heavy luggage. Key Card Deposit 1000 Baht is too much, should be around 300-500.

Great value for my money and I will always check to see if rooms are available anytime I visit CM.
Pros:

This hotel has everything I need as a single traveler. The room is just large enough and it gives me a modern feel without being eccentric or over the top. The front desk people are always kind and helpful and it's just meters away from being in the "Old City".

Cons:

If I was being somewhat nit-picky I would say that arriving at the hotel and then parking on this very busy road can be challenging. I've had a scooter both years and they simply don't have enough parking out in front. The little parking that is there is on one of the busiest roads in the city. There is also no elevator so if you are carrying a ton of luggage, just know you'll have to lug it up a few flights of stairs. I know this is common in this area but it would be nice to have an elevator simply for the moving in / moving out process.
