Very nice staff.Abdul was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel at home
Pros:

The upstairs terrace was great for the morning breakfast. The hot air balloon’s flying overhead was spectacular.

Pros:

Nous allons être le plus objectif possible. Cet hôtel ne vaut pas sa note.
Points positifs :
L'appartement est spacieux. 
L'endroit est très calme, ce qui permet de dormir tranquillement. 
Le petit-déjeuner est classique mais servi en bonne quantité. 
Le rooftop offre une belle vue. 
Malgré une mésentente à notre arrivée (expliquée dans les points négatifs), le gérant et le personnel se sont ensuite montrés utiles et agréables.

Cons:

Points négatifs :
Premièrement, à notre arrivée, on nous a redirigé vers une petite chambre classique et modeste alors que nous avions réservé pour une suite, nous affirmant que celle ci était complète. Cette petite chambre fait partie du même hôtel mais d’un bâtiment annexe plus loin et ne disposant pas de piscine. Nous nous sommes plaints. Ils nous ont donc finalement donné la suite qui correspondait au photo avec la piscine promise. Ce qui est malhonnête de leur part.

Deuxièmement, la suite était sale, avec des moisissures et de grosses fourmis dans les toilettes. Sans parler des murs et du frigo (voir photo).

Troisièmement, notre suite disposait de 2 chambres, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et l’autre avec 2 lit simples. Le lit double est confortable mais les lits simples sont dur et de mauvaise qualité. 

Quatrièmement, l’eau de la piscine est très froide et celle-ci n'est pas bien exposée au soleil, ce qui rend la baignade non agréable. 

Cinquièmement, l’emplacement se trouve dans une ruelle un peu reculée, bien qu'il reste accessible en Uber ou inDrive. 

Sixièmement, du personnel de l’hôtel fumaient constamment la chicha à l'entrée de l'hôtel, ce qui rendait les allées et venues désagréables et oppressantes.

Pros:

Terrific hotel in a great location on the West Bank of Luxor, with excellent restaurants and shops a short walk away. The owner, Abdul, could not have done more to make his guest welcome - he even stayed up to ensure I had breakfast before my early trip to the Valley of the Kings. Can not recommend highly enough.

Best hotel in Luxor - Don’t hesitate on book with them
Pros:

Staying on the West Bank was the best decision—away from the East Bank’s noise, allowing for true rest. The hotel is incredible, with spacious and spotless rooms.

Above all, the staff made my stay a 100/10 experience. Abdo and Maghmut are incredible warmth and help me with everything i need.

Truly wonderful stay
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at KR Hotel, amazing hospitality from the owner and everyone, even for one night you can easily tell how much attention is payed to making every guest feel truly welcome and cared for. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a very big variety catered for every taste. Another detail that was greatly appreciated was letting us check in much earlier than the standard time, allowing us to gain an extra day of our vacation. Thank you for making our stay in luxor truly memorable and making us feel like privileged guests!

Great value !
Pros:

Great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowds and get a feel for a more local perspective. Our host was so friendly and tended to all our needs. There are 2 KR hotels, so if you want the pool, make sure to specify. Ours had a beautiful rooftop terrasse.

Pros:

Everything was ok. Abdo’s been very kind with us, especially with all of our requests. He organized for us a good Valley of the Kings’ tour: transfer, italian guide and also lunch! He offered us also late check out because we had flight in the evening. The hotel was great, rooms are big and clean. It was also a little swimming pool. It was a pleasure to stay at KR Hotel.

Un super séjour au KR Hotel à Louxor !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au KR Hotel grâce à Abdo. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Abdo est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, à l’écoute et très serviable. Il fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux et veille à ce que chaque client se sente bien.

Il organise également de belles excursions, comme la visite de la Vallée des Rois ou le vol en montgolfière, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de son séjour à Louxor.

Tout était vraiment parfait ! Un grand merci à Abdo pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

Je recommande à 100 % ! Si vous séjournez à Louxor, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. 😊

Cons:

Rien tout était très bien, et il y a même une chouette piscine.

The staff were lovely,helpful, the room was big and clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was bread rolls,feta cheese,yogurt,jam,fresh sliced tomato and cucumber and omelette with tea or coffee and fresh guava juice.
It was some of the best food we've had in Egypt so far.
