Un séjour agréable, mais des prestations, un service et des équipements qui ne sont pas à la hauteur

Piscine est agreable.

Cons:

Plusieurs points méritent d'être améliorés pour un établissement affichant un standing 4 étoiles.
Tout d'abord, les serviettes de bain étaient particulièrement usées. La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain était également très moyenne. Le service de réception manque parfois de réactivité, les appels restant occasionnellement sans réponse. Par ailleurs, il serait appréciable de proposer quelques produits en libre-service pour les petites faims ou les envies de dernière minute : chocolats, chips, fruits, mignardises ou biscuits pour accompagner le thé ou le café.
Le plus important: la SORTIE DE L'HOTEL en voiture est particulièrement DANGEREUSE en raison du MANQUE DE VISIBILITE sur la circulation. L'installation d'un miroir de circulation à la sortie de l'établissement est indispensable.

Svømmebassenget og solsengene var det beste på hotellet.

Cons:

Restauranten hadde svært dårlig mat. Jeg er ikke en person som er verken kresen, eller har særlig høye forventninger til mat. Men dette var bare ekstremt overpriset, og det du får servert kunne enkelte ganger være nesten uspiselig :-) i tillegg ble ikke rommet vasket slik som de sa det skulle være. Så jeg bodde de to siste nettene på et hotellrom, for en svimlende sum, uten engang rene håndkle.

Cons:

Les deux erreurs de la réceptionniste. La première ou pour la réservation au restaurant, la personne se trompe de Numéro de chambre et la seconde alors que nous lui avions précisé que nous prendrions le petit déjeuner, le lendemain rien n’était noté 😢.

Comfortable nights sleep, missing only a few minor "treats" to align with charging price per night

Small things that you would expect a 4* hotel to have... No body lotion in the rooms and no conditioner for hair. Would have brought my own if I knew, but being far away from shops means you can't even get it outside.

The outside pool area is quite small and I can imagine it gets very busy during peak summer. Also since it's so small, there really should be rules to forbid parents and kids to bring balls and inflatables!! Not relaxing to be hit by an inflatable when parents are worse than their kids.

I find it very odd that of you want to use the inside pool and facilities you have to pay extra! Never seen that on a 4* anywhere else...

Breakfast is not worth 22euro per person in my opinion. It's good but not 22euro fantastic.

Ottima colazione, ottimo spazio esterno, stanza spaziosa e pulita

Cons:

Il bagno era veramente spazioso, con una doccia grandissima. Unica pecca, il wc separato dal bagno, in uno spazio piccolo senza impianto di areazione .
