Pros:

Lovely place to stay. A short walk from the center of Ürgüp. Big and varied breakfast with a lovely view of the village from the center. They can arrange tours and anything else you could want for your stay in Cappadocia.

Brand new luxurious hotel in a very safe and happening area of Ürgüp

Very luxurious and brand new high end boutique hotel in the high end, peaceful and very safe area of Ürgüp. It was so close (just a few minutes away by walking) to many nice restaurants and town center. The hotel was super amazing, tastefully decorated, brand new and very clean! I felt like I was in a museum in a way but in a very good way! We were upgraded to a very beautiful suite thanks to the owner who let us have a late check-in beyond the normal 11 pm. Even if we were late, he was very accomodating and warm! The suite was huge and so was the bathroom. The bathroom had complete amenities as well as the bedroom. I would not call it a normal bathroom but it felt like a beautiful hamam adorned with high end marble and materials. The suite felt like a museum as it had small jars on display on the walls, it was an amazing concept! The view from the shared terrace was incredible! Breakfast was amazing with a view! Hosts were very helpful in getting us taxis and letting us leave our luggage after check-in. Kudos to the owners for their amazing hotel and the work they put in to assist clients! It was a restful and very comfortable stay! Thank you!

Location is not as expected, a bit out of the way and harder for people to get to. Not in Goreme, in Ürgüp.

Lagoon Cave Suites’te geçirdiğim konaklama gerçekten harikaydı. Otel hem çok güzel tasarlanmış hem de son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Özellikle otel personelinin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması beni çok memnun etti – kendimi gerçekten çok rahat ve evimde gibi hissettim.

Ortam oldukça sakin ve huzurluydu, dinlenmek için ideal bir yer. Bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim ve tekrar Ürgüp’e gelirsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım!

Pros:

Hotel and especially the room was extraordinary.
Staff was so helpful in everything especially the manager.
With so much details the have designed the cave rooms and all facilities.
