Pros:

Pros:

The very professional staff is extremely attentive to the customer needs. The comfort of the room and its amenities. The variety of the breakfast
And last but not least the cocktail happy hour!

Cons:

Everything was great but if I have to mention something that can be improved it is the wifi that was not always working well.

Incredible staff members
Pros:

I stayed here with my mother-in-law and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately, she became unwell at the beginning of our stay and was unable to leave her room. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable.

They checked in on her regularly, adjusted meals to suit how she was feeling, and provided excellent room service throughout our stay. The staff showed genuine care and were incredibly helpful during an unexpected situation for our stay.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing boutique stay in the heart of Chaing Mai.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in an ideal spot — just steps from great restaurants and bars. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options to please everyone, and I loved the daily juices and sparkling wine. The staff were fabulous — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The welcome and departure drinks were a lovely touch that made our stay feel special. Highly recommend, hope to return soon.

Pros:

L’établissement est magnifique, (l’architecture, la décoration soignée et la piscine). Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner parfait. La literie très confortable. Petit bémol sur l’insonorisation…

Cons:

L’aéroport étant très proche, le va et vient des avions était très dérangeant dans la nuit.
Sans compter sur des voisins de chambre très bruyants.

Great service, comfort and location
Pros:

It was our first stay at Chino’s.
Ideal location, walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, shops.
Room is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable.
We thought the service was outstanding, especially for a small hotel like this. Staff members went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Always with a smile. And very efficient. I have had much better service in this hotel than in some European leading hotels of the world.
The welcome drink and goodbye drink were lovely, check in was smooth and done in the comfort of the lobby sofas. There was an afternoon tea included in our stay, which was much appreciated. Also as. we stayed for 5 nights, we got a complementary transfer to the airport on our departure.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only fault I can find is that the hotel is on the airport taking off route, so you hear a lot of planes taking off .
