Konsepti sıkıntılı, tek kişi ve kısa süreli seyahat ediyorsanız belki ama daha kalabalık ve fazla eşyanız var ise asla tavsiye etmem. Odada hareket etmeye yer yoktu.

Sijainnista Vanhassa kaupungissa. Henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä. Lisäpalveluna saatu polaroid-kamera oli mukava lisä ja saimme mukavia muistoja.

Cons:

Huone oli tullessa viileä. Tilanne korjaantui patterin termostaattia vääntämällä. Ikkuna ei eristänyt kovin hyvin ääntä ja roskakuskin jäteastian kärräys herätti meidät 6:30.

The room was extremely small, so cramped that I couldn’t even walk around the bed without bumping into the wall.

There were constant noises every night that kept waking me up. Not only were some loud guests, but the hotel’s structure does a poor job of blocking sound, making it very difficult to rest.

The hotel uses a chatbot for guest questions, but it isn’t very helpful when there is a real issue such as the blinds doesnt block the light. Since it’s automated, it lacks a personal touch and has very limited ability to resolve actual issues. This significantly reduced the overall experience.

The most disappointing part was that the photos of the room I booked looked very different from the actual room. It felt misleading and gave the impression that the hotel was not being honest in its presentation.

Gamla stan är fantastiskt! Bob w får bottenbetyg.
Pros:

Läget. Nära till det jag ville se.

Cons:

Väldigt trångt och opersonligt. Verkligen inte någon hotellkänsla. I frukosten ingick en smörgås, bulle, kaffe och juice.
