Pros:

Beautiful room in a smart hotel in Zamalek, the more refined part of downtown Cairo. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable, and good to grab a coffee at around 3am from the 24h reception before our early transfer to the airport.

Cons:

It was all good.

Pros:

Staff was fantastic, especially Hager! My flight was super later and she reached out to me to assure I will be able to check in. Also, offered to leave my suitcase as I had my short flight to Luxor. It made it so much more comfortable travelling without it. So appreciate this!
My room had a lovely balcony with Nile views in the distance and very comfortable bed.
Shame about not having a breakfast option however there are some nice places nearby. Also, I was told there might be some breakfast options in the future.
I really recommend this place :)

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful; from the excellent service we received to the comfort of our room. We were treated very well from the moment we arrived. Outside the hotel, two young men helped us with our luggage and brought it up to our room. The receptionist was lovely and very kind. Our room was huge, modern, comfortable, and clean, featuring a balcony with an incredible view of the Nile River. One thing we particularly appreciated was the quiet atmosphere; despite being located in the heart of Zamalek, an area very popular with tourists, the surroundings felt incredibly peaceful. We only stayed for one night, but we left with a very positive impression. When we checked out around 4:00 a.m., one of the staff members outside immediately offered to help with our bags; he even acted as a translator to help us locate our taxi driver, who was having a bit of trouble finding the spot. This hotel is truly a gem.

10/10 Stay in Zamalek
Pros:

A palatial stay with ornate rooms, supremely large in size, and carefully renovated. Lovely staff, always willing to help. Located on a lively street but very safe and easy to walk around with the Nile so close by. Lots of amazing eating spots like Zooba, Simonds, Mandarine Kouiader close by. And, bonus, there's the sweetest dog!

Pros:

La struttura si trova a Zamalek, una zona del Cairo caratterizzata dalla presenza di numerose ambasciate, piacevole e sicura per passeggiare a piedi. Bisogna però considerare che il traffico del Cairo è piuttosto intenso: per raggiungere le Piramidi o il bazar locale abbiamo impiegato generalmente 20–30 minuti con Uber.

Un aspetto da tenere presente è che la struttura non dispone di un vero e proprio bar o servizio colazione, ma soltanto di una macchinetta del caffè. Per fare colazione è quindi necessario uscire e cercare un locale nelle vicinanze.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e i letti comodi. L'illuminazione interna non è particolarmente intensa, ma abbiamo apprezzato molto le tende oscuranti, che impediscono alla luce esterna di entrare durante la notte. Anche l'insonorizzazione ci è sembrata buona: nonostante la preghiera delle 5:30 del mattino, personalmente non siamo state disturbate.

Infine, una nota molto positiva per lo staff, che si è dimostrato sempre cortese e gentile nei nostri confronti, contribuendo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno.

Nel complesso, una buona soluzione per visitare il Cairo soggiornando in una delle sue zone più gradevoli e tranquille. Grazie di tutto!

Il bagno un pò da rivedere, non è presente il doccino, quindi vi è solamente il soffione da soffitto. Perdeva un pò d'acqua sia la doccia una volta spenta l'acqua, sia il bagno (le tubature).

Beautiful Property
Pros:

It is a beautiful property. Coming into the front gate is like walking into tranquility. The front desk attendant was so helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous with a huge window. Rainfall shower. Thoughtful water. They let us keep our bags there once we checked out so we could keep touring. Amazing experience.

Charm on Zamalek
Pros:

Historical place with a unique charm and historical context. Staff was wonderful and helpful, location is great in a safe walkable area away from the extra busy streets.

Cons:

Only thing was the party boats that go up and down the Nile all night with loud music. Just put on some white noise and it's no big deal otherwise cool place and nice people.

Very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Zamalek is classy - H Zamalek suites is classy.
Pros:

Stylish restoration of a former grand house, with careful attention to detail in creating individual comfortable rooms. Exceedingly friendly and helpful welcome from all staff with a seamless check-in. In the middle of our stay we had a night away on an overnight tour - arranging to leave our main luggage in between our two stays was no trouble at all. There is no lift but this is really never an issue - if staff see you walking more than two steps with your luggage they will immediately take it from you ! Swimming pool a nice addition to the comfort provided by this hotel.

Cons:

Really no significant negatives. As other reviewers have mentioned, some sort of breakfast offering would just take this establishment up a notch (I understand they are a relatively new business and have, so far, been concentrating on perfecting the rooms etc) if that is on their plans for the future.
