Pros:

The Staff were wonderful and the location is very peaceful compared to other parts of Cairo. Surrounded by embassy's so it feels very safe.

Cons:

Hot water did not last very long.

A hidden gem in Zamalek <3
Pros:

The staff was excellent, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The staff is actually the best part of this hotel along with the beautiful classic decoration. The room was comfortable and spacious, it had everything we needed and a wonderful balcony as well. Another brilliant point about the room is the effective soundproofing which blocked all traffic noises from outside.

Cons:

Some things for the hotel to consider would be adding breakfast options. I can't think of anything

Super hotel, j'y retournerai volontiers.
Pros:

Boutique Hotel discret dans le quartier de Zamalak.
Une belle maison classée, avec un personnel poli, discret et disponible.
chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

j'ai tout apprécié. Seul point, pas de petit déjeuner proposé mais nombreux cafés et restaurants autour.

Great hotel in a fantastic area.
Pros:

This is a fairly new hotel and I had the honor of being the first booking (not guest).
For this they gave me a chocolate cake, which was not only a lovely surprise it tasted delicious. The room and bathroom was very big, plenty of storage and space. Lovely balcony I enjoyed breakfast on every morning.
The area around the hotel was beyond expectations. If you like coffee and sweet treats this is the area for you. A lot better then the chaos of downtown and the over price of being river side.
The receptionist was very helpful, excellent English, even helping with tips for where to buy things.
Room service on demand worked perfectly for me as someone who likes privacy.
Overall was a lovely experience and I would happy stay here again.

Cons:

I was a tad loud, but it is as per all of Cairo. I think this would be the same everywhere .
