Spartanskt. Fasta inredningsdetaljer lossnade. Det hela verkade inte helt färdigställt. Allt verkade vilset och personal i allmänhet otränade med väldigt vänliga.

Pros:

A nice welcome. Very pleasant area. Very comfortable bed. Large bedroom with pleasant bathroom.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights. We had a nice bedroom with a terrace but it suffered from traffic noise. Not the management’s fault of course. But some small things were disappointing. The aircon didn’t work. No coffee machine in the room. After the initial welcome, there was no one on the front desk. No other staff spoke English and we didn’t speak Arabic. And 1/3 of a toilet roll in the bathroom seems a bit mean!

A palace stay, right in the heart of Zamalek!
Pros:

The service here was exceptional, the friendly receptionist (so sorry we didn’t catch your name!) gave us a tour when we arrived and explained the history of the apartments which we really appreciated. The interior was beautiful and you really felt like you were staying in a palace.

We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Five stars doesn’t seem enough!

Hotel nuovo e fantastico
Pros:

La posizione è nella via delle ambasciate, in una zona sicura e tranquilla, vicino al Nilo. L’hotel è nuovo, le camere e il bagno sono veramente bellissimi e spaziosi, con tutti i comfort (frigo, phon, tante prese elettriche, ampia doccia, letto comodissimo, tv…).
Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, in particolare Hager si è sempre mostrata estremamente attenta ai nostri bisogni. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Zamalek.

Pequeño hotel en un palacete en el centro de Zamalek
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila y segura de Zamalek, en un palacete reformado. El lugar es muy bonito, y nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al Nilo muy bonito. El equipo es muy simpático y amable. La recepcionista es especialmente amable. Se pueden dejar las maletas después del check out. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es amplia y luminosa.
