Not helpful staff
Pros:

The location is close to blek coffee and many restaurants.

Cons:

Staff were not supportive. Because we stayed there 2 months ago and we were very pleased, we wanted to stay there again. We asked for the same room and they confirmed to give it to us. Later, they changed their mind and said if available. So I asked for any room with the same view. When we arrived, they gave us a room for the opposite view. We asked if neighbors could see through the window, they said no. When we tested, anyone on the street could actually see from inside. We asked for another room, they gave us a very small room so we asked for a chair. They said they don't have any chairs. A hotel that doesn't have a chair for a room for one night only!!!!!

So we requested to go back to the room they gave us. They claimed that the room we asked for was more expensive which is not true and this never came up until I asked for it specifically. Overall, I really didn't like how staff treated us and although our first stay was very pleasant, the second stay made us decide to never return.

A very nice place operated by nice people.
Pros:

The overall experience. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff are great.

The air-conditioning system! The air from the AC is pointed towards the bed, and it’s not ideal for sleeping.
