God central beliggenhed, og det hele fungerede bare som det skulle
Pros:

Virkelig hyggelig og rummelig lejlighed, med charme og stil. Fin morgenmad leveres foran hoveddør lige når du ønsker det.

Cons:

Det eneste minus var at der ikke var elevator men det vidste vi.

Pobyt podczas ferii zimowych, Ogólnie na plus pomimo drobnych uwag. Hotel godny polecenie

bardzo elegancko urządzony apartament plus za mix stylów, doskonała lokalizacja, miła obsługa,
dobry dojazd do hotelu i najważniejszych atrakcji Krakowa, ogromny plus za niewielki, ale wystarczający basen - podróżowałam z dziećmi w młodszym wieku szkolnym- więc rewelacja na wieczory, plus za saunę (trochę za ciasna, ale ok)
Strefa spa - wielki plus.

Cons:

Brak sprzątania podczas pobytu, za mało naczyń oraz środków czystości (jest zmywarka , ale tabletki do niej tylko 2 na cały pobyt - na nasza prośbę dołożono :-), za mało naczyń stołowych , przydałyby się choć 2 komplety, żeby nie musieć myć co chwilę. Wpadką było lustro , które nie trzymało się ściany i opadło i tak je zastaliśmy na wejściu. Mimo zgłoszenia obsłudze nic z tym nie zrobiono, lustro stało bez zabezpieczenia stwarzając zagrożenie dla dzieci. Strefa spa tylko do 20- za krótko dla dzieci w wieku szkolnym, chciały popływać dłużej.

Dobra lokalizacja, ciepło, duży apartament w fajnej kamienicy.

Cons:

Zdjęcia wiele obiecują, tymczasem jest to raczej zwykłe mieszkanie, bardzo basicowo wyposażone, tanie meble, kuchnia słabo wyposażona.

Excellent location and modern apartment but realistically it’s too small for 4 people
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was advertised to sleep 4 which it did but once the bed settee was erected there was no room . The double bed and bed settee were practically touching each other. You had to slide through. Also the shower was Luke warm at best.

Przeklamanie w ofercie. Bylo wspomnianie o stefie fitness, strefie wellnes - glowny powod dla ktorego sie zdecydowalam na ten obiekt - nie bylo zadnej z tych rzeczy. Pani na recepcji powiedziala ze sa dopiero w przygotowaniu ?! Dlaczego wiec jest to w ofercie skoro tego nie ma ? Kpina. Ogolnie troche zimno zwlaszcza w lazience bo kaloryfer tam nie dzialal a okno bylo na wpol otwarte. W teliwizorze w sypialni nie dziala nerflix a przez sciany słychać WSZYSTKO

Perfect location, everything you need in the apartment for a short stay, staff who go above and beyond
Pros:

It is ideally located near to the centre of the Old Town. Has all the amenities you need for a few days in Krakow.
Staff were amazing- after we arrived in the airport I discovered that I left a bag behind. The receptionist was so helpful, organised an Uber to bring the bag out to me in the airport, did this all while on the phone to me understanding the urgency and followed up with a call and message to make sure I got the bag.

Cons:

Water in the shower could’ve been a little hotter (but maybe that had something to do with the really cold weather), and an extra pillow on the bed would’ve been a good idea. These are only minor things.
